Through chat I was informed I should write them an email to help me out with my insurance I wrote three emails and never received an answer but I did get an email back saying I should let them know how satisfied I am with them Well I am not

My insurance ended in May 22 and I sold

My insurance ended in May 22 and I sold my car in May 22 and DEVK still send letters wanting money for Jun and Jul 22 I have emailed DEVK numerous times to request proof of anything to show a contract extending over May 22 and they don t reply Since then Inkasso are also asking for money Proof has already been sent to DEVK and Inkasso that I do not owe money DEVK have also provided me with no proof if what the claim is true then there would be no need to contact them

Continue to debit my contribution after cancellation

I cancelled my insurance last April and they still charge me for this I wasn t live in Germany six months and I find bill from them in my mailbox Their lawyers are completely useless When I ask for help they send me in a circle from one lawyer to another Very bad experience

A DEVK client crashed my car

A DEVK client crashed my car police gave the responsibility to them yet after 6 months I haven t received any money or an answer yet my car is on their hands My insurance company has even tried to contact DEVK Dresden without any answer

Very wrong choice to be insured by DEVK

I replaced registration plates of my car more then one month ago and informed DEVK and asked to make the necessary corrections to the car insurance But there was nothing done I sent many e-Mails to different DEVK e-Mail addresses and also to Check24 I made the Contract through them and contacted DEVK via their chat application Nothing Nothing NothinkI was left extremely helpless I am not satisfied with DEVK service at all I understand that I made a very wrong choice with DEVK

Disappointing level of service legal insurance

This is my 3d review as they were removed by DEVK I signed a contract for legal insurance with DEVK about 1 year ago They promised that their lawyers speak English Recently I contacted DEVK to have a free phone consultation with a lawyer The call with the lawyer was not good he did not speak any English did not reply to my questions and initiated an insurance case without my consent I repeated twice during the call that for now I wanted to have a call consultation only After that I was able to schedule a call with a better lawyer which took me another 14 mins trying to reach DEVK I was told later that their lawyers were not allowed to speak English After this case and considering the amount of the monthly payment we tried to cancel the contract with DEVK It took me 4 letters 1 letter with Einschreiben 1 form on their website and 2 emails to cancel it as no one was replying to us After 2 weeks we finally got an electronic letter not even per post confirming that our insurance will be canceled Overall a disappointing level of service
