Crooks Or just plain incompetent My order wasn t delivered After back and forth with customer support they admitted that something had gone wrong in their system and I would get my money back NOT It s been two weeks and am still waiting for my money and an apology

Watch out faulty products no money back
Watch out as many people already wrote they sell broken products and don t want to give your money back I bought oral flosser OxyJet that was not working properly First they refused my return because of hygiene reasons When I told that the item was broken they claimed they had tested it and it was fine I already had two of the exact same OxyJet and I know that this one came faulty - there is not enough water pressure the water barely flows even at the highest speed It is not possible to water floss your teeth with this machine Anyway they told me I m not gonna get my money back Do not buy anything from them cause you will be left angry without money and without product

Second hand games sold as NEW
I purchased a NEW game but what arrived was a game without the plastic seal you would expect from a new game and a filthy disc covered in smeers and dirt To me clearly says its not a new game as sold and somthing went wrong But After talking to a number of staff apparently it s me who is wrong on thinking new games come with a factory seal and untouched discs no offer to replace or admit there has been a issue with my order Terrible way to leave customers
