bad customer service

trash service the worst online service i ever seen I ordered food online they said i will receive the next day yet i didnt no one even replied me anything for 3 days i was waiting and waiting for the food to arrived this is a disgusting company I called them 3 times too no one can tell me a time when it will arrive

Well what can I say if I was to mark experience I would give them 10 minus Dia own brand Crap their yoghurt is disgusting and watered down Always low stock and don t buy the bags of salad always on the verge of going off Many items are overpriced staff are unhelpful and surly worst supermarket

Dia online is a terrible experience First the promise same day delivery turns out only one slot 3 days later at 20-22h on a Friday night is available or it s next week Come Friday the delivery guy doesn t even bother to call me and never shows up A complete failure from Dia I hope they wont be too long in reimbursing me my 100 but that still remains to be see I will never order from them again

Very suspicious and not friendly to the customer especially to those customers who have black hair Very difficult to understand their price-system I moved to Spain 4 years ago and bought once a week in the first 6 months from Dia and got same experience every time I stopped to buy my food in Dia and went to Mercado instead Two weeks ago I was in Dia and bought Baguette and fruit and experience bad againo about the price The price was different from the price on shelf En euro more

This company is the worst food retailer I have ever come across They are absolutely dreadful when shopping online Take your money but don t deliver your order They really couldn t care less I don t know how they stay in business AVOID AVOID AVOID

Made a order online and I was charged but the website failed so the order didnt go through I lost my money and after several contacts with the customer service no reply and no money Worst customer service ever

Please rise quality of milk

Seems as prices of commodities are cheaper than other supermarkets but reality is higher and quality is not that much good
