I purchased a full diagnostic kit from these guys and to be honest for the price I wasn t expecting a lot But I was pleasantly surprised from the first time of using it I have had the kit for nearly 2 months now and use it on a daily basis I am a mobile mechanic and its one of the most important tools in my kit

Diagnostic jokers Terrible company to deal with
Absolute joke of a transaction Item arrived fast enough but wouldn t work with anything I tried plugging into new and old The what s app chat was useful at the start but once I asked to sent back the device everything went down hill and was told to go and use the email admin Email admin told me to use the what s app and from there it really really went down hill Mangaged to say I was sending it back for a refund policy states upto 28 days to process the refund from the moment I posted the item back at my expense for next day delivery I was hung out to dry with no refund no item and no communication 32 days later from posting the item and knowing it was tracked and signed for back with them still no communication no reply or response of any sort but more annoying no refund Luckily for me when I brought the item it gave the option for card or PayPal so had someone to fight my corner After seeking help from PayPal and having no response yet again from the seller the day before the claim was about the end the seller popped up and asked PayPal for an extension dragging the process even longer Save your money and buy from somewhere else I wouldn t wish this on anyone After a couple of months without my money and device I ve brought another product from another company and have non of this play ground nonsense If it seems to good of a deal and you think it ll be OK think again Very disappointed and feel completely mugged of by diagnostic central of Loughborough Anyone wants to see proof of this transaction and nonsense please get in touch before you part with a penny to this disgraceful company Just a shame you have to give a star on the ratings one starts not justifiable but I feel this needs to be out there Every company needs the good and bad reviews to show who your really dealing with An apology would have been nice

down load software not working was told
down load software not working was told they dont have problems with other people downloading making out it was my fault somehow customer support should be called customer insult and or customer avoid support or assistance found them to be no help at all spent a misserable couple of hours on there wattsapp leaving me frustrated and no further forward with them blaming my internet connection i asked for a hard copy of the software and offered to pay extra but was denied the excuse was modern computers nowadays often do not come with dvd drives so they do not provide them i think it probably has more to do with copyright and illegal copys as in the instalation vidio you have to back date your computers date to 2014 yes the instalation vidio down loaded ok so there is not much wrong with my internet as per the other reviews i dont hold out much hope of getting my money back so buyer beware using this company good luck with any stand alone product they sell it may be different with a preloaded laptop but no experience with that but the experience so far is with customer service is very poor cant tell you about the product as i cant use it as software will not download

VCDS software
Original website listing for the VCDS software showed it was compatible with VW Crafter When I received the software it did not work with my vehicle 2020 VW Crafter A Diagnostic central agent remotely accessed my laptop and also found it did not work I researched the issue on the Ross tech website myself to find there is an issue with the Crafter They then changed the Diagnostic central website to say its limited access for Crafter Asked for a partial refund as its no good to me for my vehicle to be told no even though it was me that found the issue for them which in turn prevents further issues for themselves So thanks Diagnostic Central for taking my money and leaving me with software i can t use I was never offered a refund I did ask for a partial refund It doesn t work on Crafter as your agent found out for themselves when they remotely accessed my laptop and tried to access any module The listing should have said its unsuitable for coding

Brought 2 different diagnostic set ups
Brought 2 different diagnostic set ups off these guys over the past few years as I really like the Delphi software but both times the reconditioned tablets laptops were poor and had many problems failing to even turn on within days of buying them there customer support isnt helpful battery issues when theyve had new batteries fitted personally i think there buying cheap broken tablets and laptops and just selling them on with the software uploaded i lost alot of work due to being unable to diagnose correctly customers cars I don t ever leave bad reviews but this has really annoyed me

Not a very good experience
Not a very good experience after having issues I made contact and was asked to pay money I paid then was told 7pm for assistance I tried to log on but I struggled with their simple instructions their words so I missed my appointment by a few minutes I was given another appointment but would be another 24hours and I was very frustrated with them just BEWARE they don t offer refunds I ve a broken machine and paid extra for support avoid avoid avoid

Won t issue a refund under any circumstances
Software was ordered to be installed onto a laptop that does not have internet access Needed the actual software After ordering i found it needed to be installed remotely which wouldn t work due to the laptop not having access to the internet Immediately asked for a refund Was told it wasn t their department Was not advised to contact anyone else Found the refund request link on their website Have asked for a refund again but am being given the run around with specific wording being used to suggest i said one thing and not something else Will not give a refund Even now i am happy to receive the software so i can transfer it over and install it or issue a refund They are not willing to do either but instead are still arguing

misled on upgrade
had a upgrade by them and now nothing works on diagnostic machine had them check that the upgrade would work on the machine i bought from them was told it would paid for upgrade and they done install by remote they said all done a nd it look like it all workednext day tried dpf regen and did not work tried on different cars and didnot work got back intouch told i didn t know how to use the machine read the manualafter several contacts a advisor tried for near 2hrs to get it to work and could not advisor me that i need a new vci costing 99 i am sorry i had the upgradei would never recomend these to anyoneupdate i have now been told they make 3 5 million a year and there solicitors will laugh me out of court and as for customer care they don t care as long as they got your moneyi have to go and purchase a new diagnostic machine
