Had a flight to New York from Heathtow

Had a flight to New York from Heathtow which didn t go well United got us there safely but over 6 hours late with a lot of issues along the way It seems Owen Burrell of Dial a Flight was monitoring what was happening and contacted us on arrival to check we were OK He offered support and advice at a time when we re quite exhausted from our trip He followed up with excellent advice on our rights regarding compensation Truly outstanding service We ll be using Dial a Flight again for sure

Above and beyond Dialaflight have always been excellent but recent experience was really icing on cake I called dailaflight about 10 days ago Helpred by Vernon on Oli s team I said had left laptop at Madrid security and now in Lost property where they keep for 1 month I needed ticket to go back and get it Vernon at London Office with fantastic initiative and thoughtfulness said would check if any staff from Dialaflight going to Madrid in next couple weeks Shortly after he contacted me and put me in touch with Mia from Manchester office who was going She went on Friday and says that she now has my laptop in her possession MASSIVE relief Really above and beyond in service

Alan White had quite the task

Alan White had quite the task organising our once in a lifetime trip to India predominately for a wedding There were 8 members in our party of varying ages and expectations on a 24 day whistle-stop tour It was like herding cats trying to get everyone to agree a common itinerary which included 9 hotels over that period Alan and Dial A Flight s partners in India Tamarind Travel were very patient and accommodating of our many changes they organised an excellent seamless package consisting of innumerable informative tours at each destination Mumbai Goa Jaipur Ranthambore Agra Amritsar and Delhi The guides were exceedingly knowledgeable and the drivers highly competent in the madness that is Indian traffic We were greeted and looked after from each of our 5 flights checked in at our hotel receptions and greeted the following morning for tours the attention to detail and professionalism was superb We loved the fact that we had paid up front for all travel arrangements tours and accommodation which meant we did not have to put our hands in our pockets whilst in India apart from lunches drinks and tips Well done Dial A Flight we will definitely travel with you again and cannot sing your praises loud enough
