I bought a watch from here 1 month ago for my husband and one for my dad Just received them last tuesday and they look ok I wanted a silver straps for my dad but they didn t have updated silver watches back then Just saw an ads they have them now urgh Wish i have seen this earlier lol my dad loves silver

Best customer service and support ever Gary reached out when I placed my initial order to confirm the details and design were all correct and no adjustments or changes neededDelivery took quite awhile to get hereWhen it arrived it wasn t what I expected in terms of quality so I reached out to Gary via email and sent photos of the product He reached out and offered a replacement which was so much better and came a lot quicker than the first as wellI asked for a new design as it seemed a bit strange to have two similar even if the first would be put in our baby s keepsake safe box for when he s older I cannot fault the company for the way they managed the issue and also the contact from start to finishWould highly recommend

Watch designed for memories
The watch was a surprise from my wife to me as I lost my mum early last year I opened the box and was very overwhelmed to see a well presented box with a watch inside with a picture of myself and my mum I broke down I didn t know something like this could be done I love it
