My two items took 27 days to arrive
My two items took 27 days to arrive this despite the fact that the DPH UK website claimed delivery of 5-7 days On checking the supplied tracking information it appears that it really did come on the slow boat from China via delays in Vietnam and Qatar On querying the delay with Customer Service I was instructed to be patient On arrival the package was a small padded envelope with the various contents loosely bagged within looking like it had been thrown together in a lock-up somewhere You can find so much better elsewhere

Do not use this company
Do not use this company Don t bother if you want your order quickly I ordered 12 12 23 as a Christmas gift they say are based in UK but they aren t they are located in china I still haven t received it on 3 1 24 after sending lots of emails to try to locate my order I was finally got a response saying because of Christmas orders had been delayed it s supposed to take 3-5 days according to their website I think they must have had a thing error as 3-5 months would be more truthful Never again

Seriously just please avoid this company I have no idea if they are UK based but they can be difficult to contact I placed an order for a rechargeble tracing light box in early December as an Xmas present for someone Nothing arrived after a few weeks so I chased and eventually received a reply from Charlie I was promised it would arrive by Xmas In fact my order did not arrive until the first week of January - a month later They promised me a 20 refund due to the delay I am still waiting for this Not only that but they sent me 2 x USB mains powered boards instead This is not what I ordered I really cannot be bothered going to the aggro of trying to return them An absolutely terrible company

I wish I had read the reviews before spending money with this company They are not UK based My package came from China so took absolutely ages to arrive The painting package that I paid 18 98 for inc postage came in a small bag and looks very poor quality I expected it to at least be in a box I am too embarrassed to give it as a gift for the intended recipient Do not order from here Very disappointed
