I have to say that Jenny H at Diamond Pro turned the otherwise stressful and overwhelming experience of choosing a fantastic loose diamond center stone into a fun and enjoyable experience We emailed back and forth many times and she was not only timely but patient kind and extremely informative My fianc and I had already educated ourselves on how to choose a diamond including on the Diamond Pro site which was extensive thorough and gives the novice a solid foundation on choosing a diamond They take it even a step further by offering expert opinions on helping to find that perfect stone ring within your budget Jenny H was professional and explained reasons why she would or would not choose each stone that was considered building on the knowledge we had already gained from the Diamond Pro site She was never pressuring in any way and always kept the email communication flowing After sifting through many diamonds she helped us to choose an amazing and stunning forever stone This is one grateful girl five stars and many thanks will never be enough

HUGE THANKS and big hugs to Jenny H for her amazing advice prompt replies and for helping me choose the best forever diamond possible I already did a lot of research about diamond education but Jenny H took me to the top She taught me so much more and I am forever grateful If you are in the market for a diamond DON T buy one from your local jewelry store and get ripped off By far the best deals for quality and price are online but the process is very stressful at least for me because you can t see the diamond in person to properly judge the fire and brilliance sparkle of the stone that s the most important factors for me You truly need a second opinion and help from a PRO to make the final decision so you don t screw up Before you buy a diamond do your research on diamond education then pick a few excellent ones to evaluate BUT don t make the final decision to buy until you consult with Jenny H or a Representative at Diamond Pro There was no charge to me for the advice so don t worry about paying fees they get paid by the company you ultimately purchase the diamond from I can finally rest and breathe easy after 3 months of searching and stressing knowing that with the Jenny s help I am getting a stunning stone I could NOT have done it without Jenny s help Gratefully Jaime V
