Scam company after ordering a Bleaching set there is a countdown with some 50 discount products I didn t press buy but only viewed one product and then I was automatically withdrawn for it I had to block my PayPal the transaction was automatic Support says I can send it back on my own costs I m very disappointed and can t trust their payment system nor recommend the product because of such cheating on clients

SCAM I ordered a complete set of teeth whitening for 4 weeks ago and still haven t received anything Every time I try to contact their support through e-mail I get an auto reply in return which seems to be a bot I have attached my order number below and hope this will get you to react asap

I ordered the PAP whitening kit The reviews on the website are fake Don t be fooled I wrote one and it did not show up on their page Also the teeth whitening kit doesn t work It tastes and smells soooooo bad Maybe i bought the wrong one Waste of time and money I want my money back

I just want to say that this company is a scam My son bought some things by a mistake with my Klarna account After only 20 minutes since I the order I tried to call them but the phone didn t work tried their whatsapp account with only a fake account tried two other e-mails No response after a few hours they sendt a mail in german and they say the package was already sendt The next day luckily I got an email from them in german again I called Klarna and told them the situation and luckily I got the items returned But I had to pay 25 euros and that is a lot for me and send a package now that there is inflammation and everything is expensive Don t understand why they couldn t just not send the package when I tried to cancel the package just talk about 20 minutes from when it was ordered Really poor done

Stay away1 when ordered they show a you can get 30 on your next bundle now Once you click they update your order directly no confirmation no payment login If you find you have been tricked into buying and think you just cancel right away- 2 there is no way of cancelling an order You have to write a formal mail that they dont process - 3 even if you order out of office ours and send the cancellation request 5min later they will write you that the parcel already left Which I doubt as the package delivery note was created hours later They offer again 20 4 if you tell them you want a widerruf they tell you you have to pay the retoure So basically looks like a classic rip off system Get you in with special discounts make you click on something that sounds like an even more discounted offer trick you into autobuy probably illegal then offer you another discount if you want to cancel If they sell a product in the end for 10 instead of 100 Euro thats also very questionable Poor people getting ripped off
