Don t deserve even one star I received new credit card from DIB that has free roadside assistance 24 7 Toll free number 8004101 not at all connecting Roadside assistance number which they mentioned in their app is not a working number So there is no use of this card Want to cancel the card now

I have a bad experience of online credit card scam Some one has done shooing from NOON minutes AED 5001 at night and next day morning DIB representative call me that unauthorized transaction is happened He advise to block cards When I have put complaint next day I got answer that transaction was with OTP While I didn t get otp and even bank inform me about that

This is the worst bank I have ever
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with Customer support is non-existent and the mobile banking chat doesn t work Transferring money takes an unreasonably long time while other banks handle local transfers quickly This bank however takes over two days Their system is completely unreliable Unnecessary amounts get debited credited back and then debited again Their statements are delayed and when you request one the dates and months are often inaccurate Avoid this bank at all costs they don t care about their customers No offers no proper support I will be closing my account in a month and switching to another bank

KYC Merger issue from DIB
If I had an option to give no rating i would have done that In my AECB report there is an active existing loan showing This happened due to my KYC information was incorrectly merged with other users data on DIB system On October 24th I received confirmation via call and SMS from your bank that the necessary corrections had been made and the updated data had been shared with AECB However after paying 83 AED to extract the report again I found that no corrections were made I downloaded the report based on your confirmation that the issue had been resolved but it appears nothing has changed and I have lost my payment Additionally I received a message few days back stating that another request has been opened This delay has now extended for over a month and is preventing me from securing a loan I deeply regret my decision to take auto finance with DIB given the difficulties caused by this situation I send multiple emails however no response Worst banking experience i ever had
