Customer service is the most awful and rude I have ever experienced They literally scolded me via emails and asked how do they track a package that was not scanned in by UPS which was my issue in the first place I emailed them because I can t track my package Sob stories about how I ve hurt their feelings and two weeks later STILL I don t have my items

I ve such a bad experience with this company and its representatives and that s why I m reviewing them right now I ve ordered from them twice and BOTH TIMES they were VERY LATE on their delivery and they keep blaming UPS for their own fault In fact my second order hasn t even left Charlotte yet which is where they re located at Customer service representatives are rude and don t take any responsibility for their mistake and bad service I ve asked for my money back and they re simply ignoring it I m reporting this company for scamming me and for all the unprofessional behavior they ve had towards me and my orders

When I ordered my product it said it would be there within 2 to 3 days my product originated in Cincinnati a week later it s still in Cincinnati I m in Florida and it s been over a week very poor service would not recommend
