Poor printing quality on the cards Blurry and not indicative of the price paid The cutting of the acrylic is also not smooth and has dips on the upper left hand corner of all 5 plates They also sent an older version of the plates than what is depicted on their website so basically it s a bait and switch When confronted about the quality and older product they sent updated replacements but even these lack the quality that is depicted on their website It works and was easy to set up just very poor quality Edited to add the company tried to gaslight me on the quality by saying it was due to the protective film After explaining that the item ordered was not what I received and the quality was not due to a film they said they didn t understand and sent updated cards promising it would be better The quality was still bad The company pays 100 for reviews that they spam you emails about but only pay for 5 star reviews It s not a great experience and it s not a great product More to add customer service is again gaslighting saying if their products had bad quality they would have quit Avoid this company as they do anything and everything to avoid responsibility Trustpilot also removes reviews unless you sit there and repeatedly work with the company for 7 months repeating yourself and getting no resolution Keep that in mind when you re seeing only 5 star reviews Additional the company is now harassing me For more information 7 months after my purchase and demanding photos again because they apparently lost the first ones of a product that was low quality yet I m expected to keep it for proof for 7 months Thanks trustpilot Even more the company is basing their interactions on all the other customers they said didn t remove the film instead of listening to what I m saying about the fact that I did remove the film This company does not treat their customers with respect have any empathy or even read what customers say I will not be removing my review regardless of the harassment Last edit contacting me 7 months later asking for the same information that was given already without resolution then telling me I m not removing film and everyone else also admitted to not removing the film and that was my issue versus actually READING that I said I ve already removed the film and both the print quality and the cut quality are bad The customer service is rude doesn t listen and gives excuses instead of taking responsibility AVOID

Ive placed my order 20 days ago - I did not receive a tracking no - Ive emailed the company 6 times now -asking for a response- when I look at the shoplift platform -it has not left the store yet Why won t they answer their emails why was I not given a tracking no - I would not recommend this company -a company that takes your money and is then non responsive to communication -very unprofessional and shady

I ve been going back and forth with their customer service for days I ordered the plate and it s a glorified coaster I followed all instructions to install only to get a broken link Blank page They are trying to tell me how to fix it but keep sending broken links to videos and texts as well I m ready to trash the stupid thing and just do what I ve always done in the past If I could leave fewer stars I definitely would
