The customer support told me misinformation various times They told me to cancel my number to change it and then they rejected my new number order They didn t try to help me and only said it s not possible A lot of time wasted with Digi Very frustrating

What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company I took out a contract because it offered an esim I have been trying to activate the esim for a month but they do not send me any activation texts as promised They have cancelled the process twice now because of their incompetence I will cancel the contract

Installation of fibre issues
I ordered the installation of a fibre connection on 9th August and was told by the salesman that installation would be the same week This didn t happen despite repeated requests I was then told it would be within one calendar week This also didn t happen Contacted customer services on 16th and was told the installation would be prioritised Still no confirmation date Biggest issue is the lack of status update or the inability to advise when the installation is scheduled I m sure the product is OK can t confirm as I don t have it yet but the installation phase is extremely poorly managed

Recently try move from Starlink to Digi Fiber Arranging contract by website not working continue button Web chat redirect to email same for whatsapp Email 9 days 0 response about new connection After 9 days more qualified employer was found and the contract was arranged 2 weeks later no connection to the fiber All deadlines have passed but nothing Starlink installation on roof 1h Activating 5 min Work Digi 1 5 weeks to sign the contract and 2 weeks of waiting for connection Nothing

Don t waste your time bad everything
Digimobil is a classic Spanish company - incompetent people terrible service and they will gladly waste your time for weeks on end If you need a working internet or phone line be prepared to wait 4 weeks You ll end up switching companies and even then they ll be incompetent in canceling your services

Ridiculous
Signed contract and started waiting for installation Madrid one month later nobody came kept ringing their customer service nearly everyday but seemed like they hardly care about customer issues They are nicer before you sign a contract but become beasts after 2 of them literally hung up me for stating my dissatisfaction Their attitude on phone towards non Spanish speakers is so bad like they hate you for speaking English They do not deserve one star but there are no lesser options Their women in customer service speak like they are God no atom of respect no remorse they spoke like they are going through a divorce bunch of saddists If you dont speak Spanish this is bad idea

Dual client account login on new SIM
Ordered an additional SIM and it arrived but took 72hours to activate after inserting it it isn t showing in client account correctly instead it stands alone incorrectly with two client accounts and had to navigate the support yet again they will put the SIM in the correct account tomorrow unfie the accounts but despite being an error beyond my control and having ordered from the title account they cannot correct same day but instead must be done tomorrow so 4 days to have a SIM activated and properly placed in correct client account took about 1 hour of support chat in Spanish to get this far

crazy customer service who instead of fixing the mistake they made will neither apologize nor refund the paid extra data you accumulate which was forfeited because you couldn t top up or change the plan And if an Isaac doesn t want to talk to you anymore and solve it he will turn off the chat I will leave them at the earliest opportunity
