Digi account not working
Terrible company I only use phone internet so can t speak about the rest Their website almost never works for top up I have money in my account to recharge but can t access it Always an error Last month it took me 30 hours before I could access my account This month it s not working either 6 hours so far That means that any accumulated data will be lost Avoid the company or ask the shop assistant to top your phone up activate it for you

Lies and disappointment
Very disappointed I actually recommended DIGI to friends because I was happy at first I recently had to move house and they told me that I can no longer have the 10GB connection I understand it s not available - the lady on the phone apologised but said the bill would of course be reduced I ve now had the 1GB installed in my new place it s speeds fluctuate a lot I can t even stream TV at busy times of day and they have INCREASED my invoice When I asked about this they say it s because Telefonica is providing the new line This was not mentioned at any point nor was the increase A shame to lie and intentionally deceive when they could actually be doing the right thing ON TOP OF THIS - all customers are promised we will never increase your prices when they join This is clearly not the case so they have lied twice Customer service were terrible

You can be without any connection in any time specially abroad Spain They do not speak in English they will just disconnect if you want to speak in English Even chat will be closed if you ask to talk in English - they do not know how to use translator

shamefully bad support experience
so the installation solicited end of June was cancelled because the technician could not be reached by digi I have since been using their sim to provide data services and that s ok but what digi failed to do was bother to even tell me they cancelled the order and contract for the fibreI found that out today because a SIM was lost and the only way to replace it is to go to a shop with ID but I can order a new one and lose the numberthey also cannot handle fault reports and their agents are still up to old standards so the one called Andrea today didn t bother to take a fault report or discuss further and cut the chat which was quite rude - services are themselves OK but the support sucks and their processes have huge gaps much like the space between the ears of their agentsso if you want decent service at low price they are ok but if you want decent support when things go wrong - still pretty much you re out on a limbits very doubtful the stakeholders are aware of all the problems or they would be replacing their user agents and crm systems

Digi cannot be relied upon Terrible
Having organised a Contract over my 4g an engineer eventually arrived He partially replaced the fibre cable that had already been in place then used the Router that was owned by the previous Movistar The connection seemed okay but soon deteriated to a very slow speed Then nothing after a heavy rainstorm I had spoken to Digi on several occasions asking why they had not used their own Router more They were illusive unhelpful They wouldn t even get back to me to fix the No-Internet problem I had had enough Their 2-bit firm had been a joke I cancelled my contract Digi proved to be a very bad unreliable Internet Service Provider ISP My advice Use another Digi is ridiculously bad

Bad billing experience terribly unresponsive CS
Edit all the problem is that of course being a Spanish company they don t know that it is illegal now to not accept SEPA IBANs from EU member states and my account is from Lithuania Revolut Un atraso I added my SEPA bank information to be charged every month and every month I receive a notification that I have unpaid invoices and they will cancel my line They seem incapable of charging me I get charged every month my utility bills from Spain too there water gas electricity the gym etc So the account is indeed working accepts direct debit and SEPA charges and has funds Calling CS is a frustrating experience The chat never ever connects or there are no CS agents Calling them implies a 15-20min wait then I finally manage to get a CS agent ask them why they can t charge me on my SEPA IBAN puts me on hold hangs out after 15 more minute waiting Total 30 minutes of your time lost And no solution to your problem Terrible Update same thing happened twice after waiting for 30 more minutes they hang up on me Not worth the service and price which I am generally happy with if their CS is SO bad

crazy customer service who instead of fixing the mistake they made will neither apologize nor refund the paid extra data you accumulate which was forfeited because you couldn t top up or change the plan And if an Isaac doesn t want to talk to you anymore and solve it he will turn off the chat I will leave them at the earliest opportunity

Dual client account login on new SIM
Ordered an additional SIM and it arrived but took 72hours to activate after inserting it it isn t showing in client account correctly instead it stands alone incorrectly with two client accounts and had to navigate the support yet again they will put the SIM in the correct account tomorrow unfie the accounts but despite being an error beyond my control and having ordered from the title account they cannot correct same day but instead must be done tomorrow so 4 days to have a SIM activated and properly placed in correct client account took about 1 hour of support chat in Spanish to get this far

Ridiculous
Signed contract and started waiting for installation Madrid one month later nobody came kept ringing their customer service nearly everyday but seemed like they hardly care about customer issues They are nicer before you sign a contract but become beasts after 2 of them literally hung up me for stating my dissatisfaction Their attitude on phone towards non Spanish speakers is so bad like they hate you for speaking English They do not deserve one star but there are no lesser options Their women in customer service speak like they are God no atom of respect no remorse they spoke like they are going through a divorce bunch of saddists If you dont speak Spanish this is bad idea
