I made an enquiry by email to convert cine film to a digital format Had a prompt reply with a specific quote and 25 discount with instructions to book using the website When booking the 25 discount was not available so I continued knowing I had provided a photo and received a quote by email and assumed that the discount would be deducted on payment I posted my items with the printed out order and a copy of the email with the discounted quote From order to ready was 23 days and the bill I received was for the full amount and no discount as quoted This made me feel a bit anxious and it was an inconvenience to have to request an amended bill The response I received was that it should have been discounted when ordered by the person who gave me the quote the same person I was happy with the quality watching on my ipad but when using mirror on apple TV it was dark The quote was too expensive and in my opinion quoted incorrectly I had two 3 and two 7 reels to convert 1 reel had 3 minutes1 reel had 2 minutes1 reel had 25 minutes1 reel had 16 minutesIt worked out almost 2 a minute viewing time I used to own a projector and its not rocket science Improvement needed in providing discounts on their website when ordering and a more realistic billing price rather than just the size of the spool My advice shop around

Good service - a little slower than expected so gave 4 rather than 5 but they kept in touch and the converted slides to digital photos were remarkable considering they were taken more than 50 years ago with an old Brownie camera The ordering process was quick and simple and they gave a discount for the first order - I can recommend

Video to DVD conversion
First video to DVD they converted had a tracking problem that wasn t on the original video We rang them and explained and they asked me to return it with original video which I did and in all credit to them they re -did it and the result was good I have since sent them 2 more to covert and I was pleased with the result

Good service I had an issue that they did not sent me the whole VHS tape digitalized so I have to ask them to send me a copy of the whole part and not some parts of the tape and they solved it

Really good service
Really good service and at a reasonable price too Job was done promptly and items were returned timely and well packaged There are a few companies out there that I looked at but in the end I m glad I went with DC Why only 4 stars Its probably my own fault and perhaps I expected too much with very old tapes but I would ve liked the option of some enhancement to the quality even at a higher premium I don t even know if you can do this with 20 year old VHS tapes and if not then it would have been a 5 star review
