Thank you DDS for your brilliant after sales service My CCTV recorder failed I wanted to keep the system my husband installed and I have no knowledge of CCTV systems Thanks to Sam Jake who understood my situation I now have a fully working system They sent instructions on how to protect the DVR in the post on receipt they corrected the fault and only charged for the replacement part Even offered to help me set up system This is not a new system yet they still corrected the fault for me
