Bad after sales service

Digitalizard com Paid for my subscription and received an email thanked me for the purchase of 1 year subscription with a download The download has no content regarding the required username password and URL The download is a number of templates eg accounting Chat GP Fitness and lead generation I send a message to their support team regarding this and received a ticket number Now I waited 6 hours and no response Problem is I noticed a number of the same issues on trustpilot regarding their bad after sales service and it seems they are not interested to improve I can not recommend their product to any one and I can not see that Digitalizard com is one of the best IPTV providers as they claim on their website it is a joke

Chinese Fraud I m pretty sure that i was scammed

I m pretty sure that i was scammed If not I will write another review to correct the record The company is based in Hong Kong ie China and China is Fraud Scam Central So I guess i shouldn t be surprised I received a welcoming message but didn t contain all the log-in credentials Username Password login URL M3U EPG address and other setup info So far no response to queries Welcome to Chinese Fraud I m going to share this with PayPal now

I would stay away from this provider Issued me login credentials which did not work and when I created a ticket I received a note saying my submission limit has been reached I have never had this with any other provider I believe this is a scam

I just bought a 12-month service from them and they sent me nothing except a thanks for purchasing message I am trying to reach them but there is absolutely no answer Please avoid them it is a scam They just sent me a digital package that has random videos about tutorials on Canva They do not have a phone number to call them just an AI chatbot and they do not send a single reply to emails

DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I had a one year subscription and it when well I did another 1 year subscription also one for my friend and my uncle After that the service is the pits you can t update the system it keeps saying retry My uncle and friend keeps calling because they can t update and are unable to watch their sports I emailed them several times not reply I try doing a ticket no reply but when I purchase the subscription they message me without wasting time This company don t care and I do see most of their clients have the same problems They don t even deserve 1 star

The service keeps going down almost everyday and even when it s working I cannot watch many channels in the playlist

Service is down again For the past few weeks it constantly going down or buffering Customer service is no help They replied on my numerous tickets that they had a system problem How you gonna have a system problem everyday When if works it s good but most of time its not working Very frustrating I will find another service if this keeps happening

its cheap and easy i was a little scared i got scammed at first because it didnt immidiately send the credentials as they said but the next morning i woke up i had recieved the email with my log in credentials the platform is a little slow on the phone but i cant speak to how it is on other devices however from previous experience most IPTVs will be somewhat slow due to the nature of the program but everything is there and everything works id reccomend

I have had this service for about 4 months now I have had no issues thus far Upon signing up it took about 2 hours to receive my credentials Got it Installed with no issues I carry multiple providers and thus far this provider fairly solid I have gigabit internet quality android TV boxes and I use Tivimate as my player of choice also I use ethernet connections I have had no reason to contact customer service - so I can t comment on that part I have little to no buffering - maybe it is due to my setup or maybe I am just lucky I have no complaints with this provider
