Excellent customer service
I bought a replacement lid after the original gave up after a lot of use and 5 years the new one had an issue after a few months and the customer service was excellentI d definitely buy from them again

Rapid Delivery of Replacement Lid
Despite a misunderstanding that meant i ordered the wrong lid for my sensor bin once I contacted Nathan at Dihl the problem was rapidly solved and I received a replacement lid the correct size within 24 hours Their customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them

The switch stopped working on my bin
The switch stopped working on my bin lid I contacted Dihl and despite my bin being way out of warranty agreed to send me a replacement switch free of charge So impressed with this level of customer service and the speed of their reply Thanks Dihl Jan

I am very happy to write a positive
I am very happy to write a positive review for this company because of their excellent customer service practices I recently requested for a replacement item for a broken piece of a fruit juicer I bought from retailer who didn t stock replacement parts but redirected me to Dihl the manufacturers And without a fuss they agreed to send me the requested part I find that very reasonable and professional of them and for that I think it is an excellent company to do business with

Excellent customer service
I have a Dihl dual compartment sensor bin and accidentally broke one of the plastic inner bins I contacted customer services to see if I could obtain a replacement I received a reply the next working day and the new inner bin arrived two days later Wonderful customer services Thank you so much Nathan

We love our sensor bin
We love our sensor bin and were disappointed when the on off switch stopped working We contacted the company and are pleased to report that Nathan in Customer Services found us a replacement switch free of charge which was posted out promptly and was quite easy to fit Great product and excellent service

I had a fault it was dealt with quickly and effectively
I had a fault with the product I had purchased after 3 months I contacted customer services and they promptly responded within a couple of hours advising me of a way I might be able to fix the issue I followed the instructions but was unable to fix the issue I emailed them the next day and they came back to me again very promptly offering a replacement product It s very rare that you get a quick response from customer services that isn t an automated message The issue was all dealt with very promptly I know much larger companies that have taken weeks to resolve an issue I would highly recommend Dihl they are a great company and have very good products My previous product I was replacing lasted over 4 years it s a great investment and will definitely be using them in the future
