I recently used this moving company to move my one-bedroom apartment and was impressed with their service The company sent two workers who were not only friendly but also very efficient They arrived on time and got to work right away they managed to complete the move within two hours Overall I had an excellent experience with this moving company and highly recommend them

Tihomir and Ivan helped my pack-n-move They arrived on time Packed my belongings professionally and swiftly There were challenges in parking and the team was patient and helpful in navigating the challenges 5 5 will recommend and use again

Great service

I was moving from a 2 bed flat to a 1 bed flat from London to Brighton and buildings with no lifts From the beginning Dinev made life easy the removal quote was based a video of the flat rather than booking visits etc On moving day the team were amazing and were careful with packing and moving The team were very friendly and did everything with a smile There was an issue with staffing however the team called me and kept me updated throughout and ensured my move went ahead Overall great service and would highly recommend them

Professional friendly and affordable

From consultation to move I found the service to be professional yet friendly They took due care to all fragile items making sure everything was packed securely and great attention when unloading to make sure the right boxes furniture ended up in the right rooms I will 100 use again

Friendly professional and fair

Diyan and his team were lovely and professional They had an issue with a previous delivery so were running late but arrived with double the trucks and almost double the men to make up time and ultimately do the move for less They were careful and friendly and worked very hard Would recommend

Long distance move

Dinev s Q E Removals helped us on a recent home removal and they did a good job Very responsive on queries since the initial quotation competitively priced and punctual on the day of move The removal guys were polite and efficient and the move was smooth and quick Would definitely recommend them

They were very professional cautious efficient and polite for entire process They came by time as they promised they were very careful during packaging and moving and also they took good care of our concerns and requests during the moving Even with unexpected problems they were very reactive and they suggested to come the next day with more suitable tools to resolve the issue and they did as they promised and sorted everything Special thanks to Diyan and Hari for sorting out everything Couldn t recommend more

Great communication very organised

The company were very easy to work with throughout the entire process They used Whatsapp to contact me which made my life so much easier On the packing day they were stuck in traffic so they arrived a bit late but I didn t mind because I was informed beforehand which makes all the difference Communication is key Also on the actual day of the move I was expecting three men but they ended up sending four men and wow did that make for a much easier experience I ll definitely use Dinev s removals again for our next move

This is the only company you need for moving

Great guys punctual hardworking and very helpful I moved my moving dates twice and these guys moved up the days for me without any qualms We used the packing and removal service and I can honestly say they made our moving and our lives easier They also assembled our bed for us in the new house and moved one bed from another room to the other and well as re install our washing machine in the kitchen Friendly helpful guys cannot recommend them enough Thank you Dinev and the whole team
