I was worried after reading all the negative reviews when I purchased the small double bed through Wowcher Received the bed within a week Great communication regarding delivery The bed and headboard are exactly as described and although the mattress is not like the picture it is still a good quality comfortable mattress Will use again

I don t usually write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to My daughter ordered a crushed velvet double bed and mattress through Wowcher I was apprehensive at the start as the price was low for what we were getting The communication from the company regarding delivery was excellent The night before delivery I decided to check out the reviews online and I wished I hadn t as they were terrible I literally thought we had just thrown our money away I told my husband that he would need to check the bed on delivery as he was taking the order alone as I was at work The bed arrived at 10 30 in the morning and my husband asked the pleasant delivery driver if he could check the items and he agreed with no problem at all He even helped my husband carry the bed and mattress into the kitchen even though it was only a door to door delivery service The bed and mattress are absolutely fantastic and we are absolutely thrilled with them both - outstanding value for money good quality and great service I lost a whole nights sleep worrying that my daughter would be so disappointed and we would be out of pocket completely unnecessarily We had a fantastic experience and great service to match I would definitely recommend I have no idea where all these bad reviews have come from maybe we were just lucky Thank you diningtables and wowcher for a hassle free experience

Not as bad as people make out

Ordered a small double and mattress for my son through Wowcher Really happy Communication was excellent choice of delivery dates including Saturday at no extra cost Delivery was on time and swift and efficient The bed itself is lovely for the money - it s not high end but what do people expect for the price Please don t listen to the bad reviews I have had nothing but a good experience

No Complaints From Me

Can t comment about the previous bad reviews on here but I can say that I have just had a king size 3000 pocket memory foam mattress delivered The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth and the delivery guy even helped me carry it up to the second floor without demanding any payment The mattress itself is as described and very comfortable and appears to be of good quality All for 174 from Wowcher Time will tell if the mattress is any good but for that price who s complaining Certainly not me

I ordered a 4 piece rattan furniture set from wowcher As soon as I read reviews on here my heart sank and wished I hadn t ordered from this company However I was surprised how good my experience was with furniture italia dining tables I received an email advising due to Covid 19 to expect delays and my delivery date was estimated 4 May But a few days later I received a text confirming my delivery would be 23 April which was under 2 weeks after ordering I received my furniture within the 12-6 time slot as promised It comes flat pack so took a bit of time to put together but it looks great in my garden and I am very pleased with the value for money I hope you all have the same experience I did Good luck

Zero Stars Purchased a mattress through Wowcher and realized immediately that I had ordered the wrong size Sent an email asking for either order cancellation or upgrade which I would happily pay of course to the size up What a nightmare to find the correct phone number and emails bouncing back Finally got an email with a delivery date so took a chance to reply with my initial concerns which obviously everybody ignored both the person on the email as well as the person on the phone which specifically said everything was sorted because today I got the delivery of the wrong item I can t imagine the nightmare from now trying to get this collected and refunded

AVOID AT ALL COSTSabsolutely shocking business also using other names such as Furniture ItaliaCustomer service is the worst Ive ever experienced they dont answer your questions they pass you from department to department or ask you to pay more to get what you originally ordered in the first place Quality of bed frame and mattress was terrible looks nothing like the picture advertisedIts finally resolved but only when I have to pay 50 to get the items returned via collection I still probably have a long way to go to get a refund and Wowcher are no help at all Do not use this company if you value your sanity
