I purchased a stainless steel handrail from Diomet which arrived this morning The quality is excellent and it looks stunning on the wall I received a call from them yesterday to arrange a delivery time and they also called me today to confirm that they would be arriving at the agreed time Which they did Great service communication I ve previously ordered a stainless steel washing pole from them which looks great in the garden and I ve also ordered a pair of shed bars which have protected the contents of my shed I ve made three purchases and I ve always been very impressed Highly recommended

Thanks to Rob and his team we now have a stunning balcony on our property to enjoy the wonderful views Communication was outstanding and they worked with us on design and specifications to suit our needs Kit was delivered with all components present and thanks to the well laid out plans was easy to install Would highly recommend

Fabulous product and great service
Very happy with our walk-out balcony from Diomet Lee and his team made the whole experience very straightforward They were always there to answer questions and held my hand all the way through the process It was delivered when expected and the crew were here waiting to unload and assemble It looks lovely and we re more than happy

Based on my experience alone
I was surprised when I received an email today Oct 23 requesting I leave feedback as it was May 22 when I placed my order No 12164 Trust pilot only permits reviews experienced within the last 13 months so the experience date was entered as October 2022 After reading some of the latest feedback and responses it is clear the company are making some attempts to remediate past issues raised for other customers I do like companies who approach asking for feedback so whilst this relates to the company 16 months ago I have based this on my experience alone I ordered a single Washing Line Pole - Modern Style Confirmation of order received same day and item was dispatched within 48hrs It arrived with a decent amount of packaging but not too much I was very pleased with the quality of the pole and it looks as good today as it did in May 22 I would recommend them and buy this item again Thank you I would just add don t wait so long to ask for reviews

Awful experience with Diomet
Awful experience with Diomet A catalogue of errors from start to finish Misquotes failed deliveries missing parts fabrication errors design and product not as per brief I made numerous attempts to find compromise which were met with disregard and arrogance on each attempt Once they had my money and all the time invested they were not in any way concerned with customer service With the exception of my dealings Steve this was a painful and protracted experience

I wish I d read these reviews before ordering - big mistake We ordered a glass well cover which was was produced and delivered by Diomet and then fitted by our own fitter The evening after it was fitted when we came to clean the glass we realised there was a mark in between the two sheets of glass that were stuck together to form the well cover Its not a big mark but the eye is drawn to it I informed Diomet and they said it was their sub contractor who was at fault and they would get their opinion on the matter The sub-contractor said he wanted to see the glass before confirming that they were at fault and paying for a replacement Diomet therefore decided to go ahead and order ta replacement glass so that they could send the sub-contractor the faulty glass and get a refund They then informed me that the glass had been ordered When I enquired about the removal of the faulty glass and the replacement of the new glass I was told that the costs for doing this would have to be born by us This meant therefore that because of faulty goods provided by Diomet we would be over 200 out of pocket I therefore emailed Diomet immediately and told them to halt the production of the replacement glass until I had checked whether we were in fact liable for these additional costs as we had in good faith purchased goods from them and due to their faulty workmanship quality controls we were to be penalised I then got a very aggressive and upsetting phone call from the owner who would not let me say anything just kept talking over me and basically refusing to listen to what I had to say His points were he was only trying to help by going ahead and ordering a replacement glass without checking with me first trying to help - isn t replacing faulty goods part of running a business Accused me of taking an aggressive stance by stopping production of replacement glass until I had checked the validity of his claim that I had to pay for the replacement to be fitted I kept saying please let me talk please let me say something but he kept shouting over me a that it was my fault for disposing of the packaging pallet that he was trying to help and that I had only ordered a delivered not fitted item from him and therefore it was up to us to pay for the refitting - I finally managed to ask him how he would feel if he was provided with a lk product that was faulty - paid to have it fitted and then had to pay again to have it unfitted and a new one refitted He said if you bought a torch online took that torch to Australia and found it was faulty would you expect the supplier to pay for the air fare - as I m typing this I find it hard to believe anyone could make such an analogy I did try and say there was no comparison but he just kept shouting I tried my best I have answered your emails immediately wow you supply a faulty lk piece of glass and you expect the customer to be grateful because you have answered their emails immediately Despite all my efforts to ask him to listen to me he wouldn t In no way did it feel like a phone call to try and resolve matters it felt like a phone call to bully and dominate and vent anger I still suspect that if tables were turned he would not be happy if he had to pay an additional 200 to replace faulty goods I really wish I had read and taken heed of these reviews before ordering from Diomet

A beautiful staircase installed on time
We have just had a beautiful staircase installed by Dio met They were very professional in their approach and gave us the confidence to go ahead with the order Other companies had been unable or unwilling to fulfill the design Although their publicity doesn t sell their products to the best we have a really good quality perfectly fitted staircase at an excellent price Can thoroughly recommend them

Bespoke glass floor - 5 stars
