I was hesitant to order a significant piece of furniture bookshelves from an unknown entity out of the country but I am so happy I did I emailed diotti com asked questions sent images of our space and they were so helpful throughout the process They answered all of my questions about the piece - the weight capactiy the quality installation questions the expected shipping date and more The wait was long but as expected for pieces coming from Europe It arrived on time and in perfect condition They were very responsive throught the entire process I couldn t be happier with the bookshelves The shelves are beautiful very well made and the experience - from my initial inquiry to receiving them was flawless Thank you Elisabetta

This was my first time ordering furniture online and I was very nervous about it It took us a long time to make a decision but i worked with Andrea and he helped me throughout the process and I am super happy with the order We ended up buying a living room and a dining room and both look great We had to wait for three months to get the order but it was worth the wait We thoroughly enjoy the pieces and love the fact that these were customized to reflect our taste and preferences For the benefit of any person considering buying from this company I will outline the reasons that made this a an excellent experience for me personally 1- Design and quality of products design is subjective but regarding quality having bought several pieces I can definitely say that the quality of their products is excellent 2- Price I live in Washington DC in the U S and while considering ordering with Diotti we also checked furniture stores here and for the same quality and design I found Diotti prices to be much more competitive even when I included shipping cost 3- Free Design support that was key for me If you are considering buying from Diotti I highly recommend that you work with a designer There are so many choices and it could be overwhelming Their designer Andrea guided me through the process and helped me create a very elegant and modern look He was extremely patient and professional and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve Communications Their team was extremely responsive and provide me with frequent updates about the order and gave all the instructions I needed after my order I would buy from Diotti again in a heartbeat Thanks

Amazing Customer Care The company has been nothing short of helpful all through the process We placed the order and were worried it would go into summer break and won t be delivered till beginning of September We called the customer service who politely said they cannot promised but they will do their best Indeed the bed was delivered within 17 days on 17 07 2020 Much faster than originally expected Not only that they were very helpful on coordinating delivery The parts were packed so well that slight scratched on the packaging could never influence any of the parts inside They used good side and corner protections for the packages parts The murphy bed is beautiful and qualitative The instructions to putting it together are very detailed If they are followed meticulously then not much can go wrong One has to really follow the details of the instructions though - All in all an absolutely great experience here Highly recommended
