Disappointed in service
There was a b1g1 sale that did not work when I tried to use it for prememorial stage I also received my order for a size large and it barely covered my lower bits I tried to email about this and never received a response back as I needed to exchange

Refunds should be available for final sale I ordered the wrong size on accident on a finale sale item and lost 20 something dollars Plus the top that came it was fraying a bunch Your customer service it poor and I m gonna let people know not to waste their money

Never received my order It s over 20 days since I bought and when I track my order it says they only created a label and never dispatched it Customer service won t reply emails or messages Paid and never received my items and trying to get an answer is a nightmare Avoid

I placed an order on Nov 23rd and paid for expedited shipping so it could be here before I leave for my trip The order was supposed to be delivered on Nov 27th It is December 1st today and it still hasn t been delivered

Do not buy extremely delayed shipping no response from customer service they use an extremely unreliable shipping method and do not seem to care if it arrives late Very disappointed Please do not waste your money they do not care about you

I wouldn t purchase from this site
I wouldn t purchase from this site again I spent hundreds of dollars on swimsuits for my upcoming trip It s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive an email about the status of my order I will not be receiving this order in time for my trip in a few days and I can t even return the products I was told to contact customer service and they didn t respond until days later stating they are behind on orders They need to hire more bodies so they can fulfill orders more efficiently If you have issues fulfilling orders you need to communicate that across to your customers and not lie about our order being worked on when it isn t Also as a US company why would they choose such an unreliable courier company instead of couriers that already have well established national routes I saw a video where an influencer had issues with their order and the owner went above and beyond to make sure her order was straight Probably won t receive the same treatment as an online nobody

After waiting for what felt like forever I finally got my order Bad news is all three bikinis in the mystery box are really not suited for me in style or color I also got sent two of the same swimsuit In different colors I didn t like the style the first time I pulled it out and was bummed to pull it out again Huge disappointment there Second problem the large pants I got for my friend are so so small but extremely long so I can t even wear them either pretty bummed overall

didn t receive what I ordered
I placed an order and heard nothing for a week Then I received a refund notification and saw that they refunded JUST THE TOP of a matching SET with no warning saying it was out of stock They didn t even apologize for the inconvenience Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and wouldn t even tell me if the top to the matching set would ever be restocked It took two weeks to receive half of the order that I placed I really liked the bikini bottoms but their customer service and inventory really needs work It s incredibly unprofessional for a business to not be able to deliver the product you pay for and it s not as if they can t afford to hire more people when the bikinis aren t cheap I ve received better service from SHEIN honestly

Bizarre rude customer service astronomical shipping
I had been eyeing products on this site for over a year and finally made a purchase First of all for an online-only store I think it s shady to charge so much in shipping Almost 9 dollars each way Especially for bathing suits which are likely to have a higher than average return rate I reached out to their customer service because truthfully I just couldn t believe that For USPS They never replied to me Two weeks later I responded to my original email basically saying that the customer service was awful because they couldn t even reply to my email They immediately responded and simply said please try to avoid sending multiple emails to us So that s interesting All in extremely rude customer service experience and wildly expensive and slow shipping for pretty average products Not to mention they received my return weeks ago and I still haven t been refunded On principle I ll never give them my business again

Strict Returns and Quality Concerns
I m looking forward to a special trip and wanted to find the perfect swimsuit for it so I decided to try out Dippin Daisys I loved the variety of styles they have available and I liked the idea of supporting a smaller company instead of just going with the big names But things didn t quite go as planned and I wanted to share my experience The store s policy on returns and exchanges is pretty strict You only get one chance to return or exchange something That s pretty tough especially when you re shopping online We all know it can be hit or miss with sizes and fits and this is even more true for swimsuits I knew about their policy before I bought anything but I figured I d be fine I got a top and bottom and while the bottoms were great the top just didn t do it for me style-wise I decided to do a one time exchange feeling confident that I would end up with a swimsuit I was satisfied with This has not been the case I chose a new top and bottom making sure they were both listed as the same color and size But when they arrived the colors were off Plus the bottom which was supposed to be the same style as my first pick fit differently The quality also left a lot to be desired The swimsuits had too much fabric in places and the sewing was pretty sloppy causing bunching and the seams to roll not exactly what you re looking for in a swimsuit especially one that cost 100 in total When I asked if I could return them given the issues they only allowed another exchange not a refund And yep the final set has the same problems I m really disappointed and I won t be shopping at Dippin Daisys again I was genuinely excited about their stuff and really wanted to back a smaller business Maybe with feedback they can fine-tune their policies and quality control but until then I ll be looking elsewhere for swimwear
