First time I have used company all I can say is Fantastic Brilliant customer service from the moment I placed the order They contacted me by phone and email to keep me updated Order went very smoothly got a great price a coupon code with money off and free gifts Delivery was exactly as they said it would be and I live in the Highlands and their saving grace was they did not try and put the stupid remote delivery charge on even tho I m still mainland UK Great company great customer service and great products Would highly recommend Thank you Direct Stoves

Absolutely brilliant service This is the second time I ve bought a log burner from this company On my second order I mistakenly bought the wrong sized stove and called them to help me rectify my mistake Lucy was so so helpful and sorted it all out in minutes She took the time to find me the right stove and gave me great advice Having had lots of staff throughout my career I can say that she s a real asset to Directstoves

Easy order process excellent customer service I did have a slight crack in the base plate of the fire but it was still fine to use Stoves direct sent me a spare part which I can fit at my leisure if ever needed Would recommend this company 100

All of the staff that I spoke to at Direct Stoves have been efficient and very pleasant to talk to There were a few hiccups involved in sourcing my Log Burner from the manufacturers due to the prevailing national conditions but all my phone calls have received personal attention and I ve been called back or emailed whenever necessary to keep me up to date Couldn t fault the service the ordering page and pricing is very clear and it s easy to select the options you want to include The log burner that I bought was also very competitively priced Highly recommended

Great customer service

We ordered Arada Holborn 5 stove from Direct Stoves and were not disappointed with the seller The item was delivered with some delays but we have been kept updated When the stove was installed I had a question about a part placement that didn t look right Sarah was in touch with Arada and found all the answers to this question I then needed to return the unpacked Multifuel part which we didn t want and she checked and advised on the returning process with Arada again The return was successful This all left a good impression Thank you
