I needed to unlock a phone that was tied to AT T to give to my mom so she can use it on T-Mobile The directunlocks com website had great reviews already so I gave them a shot I like that they first verify that the phone is eligible for unlock that was a nice start to the process The communication was fantastic I knew what they were doing the entire time I waited The first step with verifying unlock eligibility went by quick The second process for unlocking took longer but they gave me a 3 day estimate and constant communication as to what was going on the first unlock attempt with AT T was taking too long so they moved onto unlocking it with Apple which worked Once the phone was unlocked I popped the sim from my mom s old phone into the unlocked phone and it worked without any issue I would definitely recommend this site for unlocking and will use them again in the future
