I was about to get very upset with direct tv when I noticed that my bill has been ridiculously increasing monthly Today while falling in line in the pharmacy I was talking Louis the agent whom I talked about my bill He is very knowledgeable of everything and he took care of my complain in smoothly and professionally I promise to give him a 5 star rating for his help on me today but as we go saying goodbye on the phone it was my turn to go talk to the technician in the pharmacy so I hope he will get this credit of appreciation from me He save the business by convincing me to stay on their cable thanks Louis

I had excellent service They added promo discounts that I didn t even know of and gave me a free sports package for 3 months I know lots of people have issues but the service I received today was outstanding I think it s time more people leave good reviews and not just bad ones

I ve had DirecTV for a few years now Not happy with the way prices go up and have to make deals to get it down again when I am auto pay But my review today is about a service guy named Will that came out on a service call due to my television not really picking up when it s very little rain He was very helpful and help me to completely understand certain things about my television that I did not know a highly rate him with a 5-star rating DirecTV you need to make this known I know it s probably hard enough for y all with the prices and a lot of people calling

Direct TV Horrible Experience

Direct TV has the worst customer service and automated system Absolute trash I had to repeat myself so many times I never complain but felt COMPELLED to write this review I never write reviews I work at a very successful BBQ chain in KY and our internet is down I am not the account holder I wasted an hour of my time trying to talk to them to tell them as much info as I can give them All they had to say in the beginning of the automated system is that they need to talk to the account holder instead of having me jump through stupid loops It s incompetence on Direct TV and their customer service Respect your customers time I will try my best to persuade everyone in the Summit to switch to another service I ve never had this issue before with any other service provider I am deeply deeply saddened by this service

I have had great service and response from DirecTV when I ve had a problem The only problem the haven t been able to address is lose of signal when it rains

DIRECTTV NOW is GREAT Don t be confused with its Satellite division which is less than ideal They quote a price and will not share with you possible lower cost options until you are ready to quit Not too caring of customer s pocketbooks However due to the vast number of current online streaming companies and the values each offer on service channels programming and yes--COST There is none unless you want to jailbreak a device that offers so much for so little in cost It is MUCH cheaper than it s satellite option--no cost for a box or any other item from them However you must buy Apple TV and they do upgrade fairly often but recently we got it for a STEAL of a DEAL--FREE If you have a great internet service DirectTV NOW is the choice for your programming needs BEST VALUE Add HBO for 5
