Dianne Riddell Fitness is well worth 5 stars most tentative instructor by far Any injury or ailment can be adapted in most classes Dianne makes every effort to accommodate everyone I ve been welcomed in many classes and always with a smile these smiles pass onto class participants in every class makes for the perfect fitfam I ve had back issues which flare up now and again also early arthritis in my knee I ve always felt I ve had options to adapt to what I am able to do Because of these adaptions I ve been able to continue with exercise at an easier pace to suit me and feel the benefits more You are worked hard but while having fun at the same time can t recommend Dianne enough

Massively helped in movement and pain
Been attending classes now for several months and my range of movement and point pain has improve drastically Classes are a lot of fun and dianne is friendly has a very well laid out class Can highly recommend to everyone

Great classes
As a regular attendee at the Monday Zumba and Thursday Pilates Plus classes I can confirm they are both fun and have huge health benefits The Zumba is great for a cardio workout and keeps me moving and the Pilates Plus has ensured that I am able to keep doing what I love The class releases muscles and joints through gentle exercises as well as building strength I have done a range of Dianne s classes over the years and they are all great with a wonderful teacher and a friendly group of participants Go along and try one out

Men on mats A great inclusive class for all ages after a car crash a few years agoIt has helped me with lower back pain flexability and balance My body knows when I miss a week Come a have a go you will love it

Been attending Men on Mats for a year
Been attending Men on Mats for a year now and the improvement in movement and balance ish are very noticeable Dianne is very professional and always looks to vary the classes and introduce new activities I notice a big difference if I miss a class Would thoroughly recommend

Flexibility and fun
Before joining Dianne s Thursday evening corrective exercise class Men on Mats I cycled regularly Despite keeping fit I suffered recurring back injuries and invariably would get niggling back ache during longer bike rides Since joining Dianne s class my flexibility has significantly improved I haven t had a back injury in over a year and no longer get the annoying back ache when cycling The classes themselves are appropriately challenging enjoyable a good laugh I always leave feeling relaxed and loose

Great classes
After suffering firstly a bad back injury followed closely by a knee tendon and quad tear Dianne s classes have helped me strengthen my core and stretch everything back out again Giving me the confidence to hit the gym and the pool with gusto Dianne leads the class with an assurance and knowledge that make it both hard work and fun at the same time

Great classes including weights for all abilities
Dianne s classes are all excellent whether in person live on line or recorded She is enthusiastic encouraging and always offers options to suit any injuries limitations etc I never thought I would love doing weights but I do I believe my successful recovery quickly from major abdominal surgery was because I was so fit and healthy at 61 due to all her classes Give them a go

I always enjoy Dianne s classes
I always enjoy Dianne s classes I do the body blast on a Friday It s a good work out As is says in the title every part of the body is worked on I come out feeling totally refreshed Dianne always greets you with a smile and the classes are very friendly and fun Lots of laughs I would definitely recommend
