Scam
So far this is totally terrible Ordered 200 euros worth of things A parcel arrived containing NONE of the things I ordered but inexplicably 3 dirndl corsets in differing sizes none my size There is no paperwork in the box I had one email response from customer service details found on the website asking me to photograph the contents This was sent straight away 2 days later and still nobody replies to me Is this a scam Mistakes happen but then being totally unresponsive is unacceptable

Buyer beware Similar bad experience Unable to reach them to address wrong shipment of completely wrong lederhosen and wrong size When we processed another exchange for a dirndl bough there they proceeded to file a lawsuit for return shipping charges never invoiced Buy your Oktoberfest gear in Munich when you get there plenty to pick from in local stores

Their shipping is expensive and if you need to return an item you have to pay for it yourself Their algorithm for searching is really bad when I was looking at something very specific it recommended something like this which turned out to be very different plus sized long skirt vs normal sized mini skirt length I did not realize that the two items were actually not alike and ordered I know this is on me and I should have read more closely but I did not think about it because it was marked as a comparable item The dirndl came in and was not only not what I wanted but poorly made and ill-fitting Am out the 35 shipping and whatever it costs to send it back Very disappointing

No customer service no refunds waste of money
The tracking info showed the my returned items were received by Dirndl com 4 weeks ago yet they still have not even begun processing my refund I doubt I ll ever see that money again Had to pay for both original shipping and return shipping Had a MUCH BETTER experience with Kruger Dirndl and from now on will only shop from them

Awful experience
Complete waste of time Awful experience The order was not delivered with no update for two weeks Then after two weeks it was cancelled with no explanation I also contacted them but I received no reply Still waiting for the refund by the way

Beware Dirndl com
I have had a similar experience in purchasing from this company Beware of the recommended sizing guide to convert to US sizes They are about 2 sizes smaller I returned my dirndl and blouse 215 on July 12th 2022 spending 41 via USPS following the directions given to me by customer support at DIrndl com I was hoping to get a refund to purchase another dirndl before my trip for the Munich Oktoberfest in late Sept In early October the package had been returned to my address with the explanation non-admin No refund has been received

Worst Customer service ever absolut contempt for customers
As a costume designer after buying for around 2500 on this website last month for an amazon movie I returned a parcel containing some items around 150 I have the proof that they received the parcel on april 30th I tried to get to them wondering what is going on with my return and how long it will take them to refund ABOLUTELY NO ANSWER except from an automatic answer it s impossible to reach them on the phone I just filed a complaint against them through the Europeen union Still no reaction from them Dishonest an unprofesional THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and one day after I left that review Dirndl com is asking for more informations on trustpilot Are you kidding me They have all the informations they need and they don t bother to answer all my emails

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company I ordered a felt hat for Oktoberfest When it arrived the color of the hat looked very different from the picture that was posted online e g bright green versus deep olive green When I reached out they refused to refund the shipping costs which were 60 USD and said they would deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund on the item which meant I would get back almost nothing They simply suggested I sell the hat myself locally Do not order from Dirndl com

UPS post company and haven t received my package
Regarding to my order under 1709919 number Apparently you are working with UPS post company which the service of them is ridiculous and not efficient and not update at all From a company like you as your customer I expect also good post service at least to choose a post company which is trustable In addition of that i paid the sending cost also They never gave me any information or the timing of my pakket arrival and even if they gave or it was worng or not trustable I also contacted UPS customer service they said that they arranged me a date and time to pick the package in UPS storage but they couldn t find my package I haven t received my pakket yet and anyway I gonna miss the party I ve been invited to Hope you understand the inefficiency of this company and what they put me through RegardsSaba
