Terrible service
Please don t order from this company four months on and they still haven t managed to resolve what i believe to be a big order Over 20 chairs ordered and paid for in April arrived some damaged some missing and minus the hydraulic stem Service has been terrible threatening and no care

Requesting a REFUND to no Vail
Dir were so helpful while i was making enquiries regarding two new wash points I first started the lines of communication via their web site chat box Which was great On Sunday 29th September I received a friendly and helpful iMessage from Alex the Sales Manager explaining i could either order online or through himself I explained i needed to just check the dimensions before i placed an order Thursday 3rd October 2024 10 12 Alex contacts me to see if i had checked the dimensions I confirmed i had and asked further questions to just check that we would be able to get them into the salon due to our tight entrance Alex confirmed that the washpoints came in sections so although may be a tight squeeze they would be ok Stating he could send bank details for the payment Saturday 5th October 2024 06 53I make an account on the DIR website and place two backwashes in my basket I receive a text message Have you made payment I Ask About paying on Credit Card reading back the texts i realise that I didn t receive answers May be this should have been a WARNING I proceeded to ask if i could transfer 50 so i could guarantee they saved the two washpoints as the website was showing only 3 left in stock Alex replied that was perfectly fine I asked for a email receipt of payment and invoice showing the remaining balance Alex said he would deal with that Monday morning I m still waiting for that information Since then my personal heath circumstances have changed I have phoned text and what s app Alex has responded but is on Annual leave He instructed me to speak with Adam Adam is always busy he reads my what s apps but doesn t reply This is creating much anxiety and frustration I have placed my request of cancellation and refund in writing via email to both email addresses that are found on the Dir websiteAll i want is communication regarding the refund The lack of communication is making me believe that they are con men and i have been SCAMED

Absolute horrible company
Absolute horrible company Avoid them I ve bought my chair almost a year ago Part of that chair was not in stock After 6 months of waiting for that part I decided to get a refund Still waiting I ve made a numerous phone calls I wrote an email No refund Customer service person is totally useless Now they even do not answer phone or just hand up on me I think I will start a small case court They are just a scammers

They are running a scam
They are running a scam They have someone at the store that had no clue and a front person that fires the scam they are running They call the advance scammer Omar on the phone and insist that he leave a deposit of cash to get the order in a few days They give a discount and then you never hear from them Numerous emails and calls get ignored Same with the Birmingham store they are aware of the scam but they will do the same thing I paid 550 cash and made sure they send a receipt as they made it as the printer is not working I have reported them to the police and am just starting the process in small claims court but they are hiding behind the scenes as that s why no one officially is at the store and they have a small day-hired guy at the store

Poor Service
Last month I went onto DIR s website to buy a hooded hair dryer Once the invoice was processed online the email I was sent advised that payment should be made via bank transfer or call to make a card payment When I contacted the Birmingham branch to make a card payment I was informed that they do not accept debit or credited card payments over the phone only in store On 02 01 2025 I purchased a hooded dryer online It was my intention to visit the London store to make a card payment I called the London store to find out their opening hours as there was no information on the website but no answer I then sent a WhatsApp message to DIR and was advised that the store would be open on 02 01 20205 from 9 00 am to 4 30 PM On 02 01 2025 I missed a call from DIR I called back and was advised that they had called me regarding payment I said that I would be visiting the London branch to make a card payment At no point was I informed that they do not accept credit or debit card payments in the store When I arrived at the London Store after 11 00 am I rang the buzzer twice but no answer That should have been a sign that things were not going to go well Not long after a man came and let me into the building I discussed the dryer I wanted to buy and pay for by credit card I was advised that I could pay by cash or bank transfer I said that the whole purpose of visiting the branch was so that I could make a card payment so that I had payment protection After a wasted journey there plus an hour in the store because the man who was assisting me had been calling his colleagues regarding my card payment being taken My order could not be processed because a card payment could not be taken I was advised that the issue would be sorted and I would be contacted later that day Not a single call from DIR until yesterday morning Their Birmingham branch called me regarding payment due for the invoice raised on 02 01 2025 I said that I went to their London branch on 03 01 2025 to make a card payment because I did not want to pay by bank transfer and it ended up being a palaver and I was advised that they could only take cash or bank transfer The man s response was Ok I ll cancel the order He then hung up before I finished talking I do not know how this business is being run but it is very unprofessional plus not accepting debit or credit card payments and expecting customers to part with money with no payment protection Had my purchase been successful I dread to think about dealing with DIR if there was a problem with the dryer later down the line

Avoid DIR Store at All Costs Unprofessional and Unreliable
I purchased the Clinical Beauty Treatment Chair Apollo-2G from DIR Store three months ago and not only was the delivery severely delayed but despite repeated calls and emails they have completely ignored our requests for an invoice To make matters worse the staff member who occasionally answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional The lack of customer service and basic business ethics is shocking I strongly advise against doing business with this company save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable supplier

We purchased the Clinical Beauty Treatment Chair Apollo-2G from DIR Store three months ago and the delivery was significantly delayed Despite countless calls and emails they have completely ignored our repeated requests for an invoice Even worse when we managed to reach someone on the phone the staff member s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional This level of customer service is simply unacceptable If you value reliability and professionalism stay far away from this company There are much better suppliers out there who actually respect their customers
