Avoid - terrible customer service
Failed to inform me about domain expiry Charged me extra fees for renewal but refused to refund those upon request Provided me emails logs proving they had failed to contact me as per their own T Cs Blamed me for not updating my contact details when they have literally not changed in 10 years - they lost them in a system migration yet my login is literally my email address and they still couldn t find it Refuse point blank to consider any refund or rectifying action Escalation met with same No response without ever demonstrating they had actually done their job properly

Ended up with Discountdomains by
Ended up with Discountdomains by default after the previous company sold out Their website is 100 the worst I have used They are also on the more expensive side as far as domain providers go Ended up switching companies as I couldn t actually figure out how to pay them for my domain Thanks to Google Domains for making it so easy and seamless

Avoid totally useless
Have used these guys for years But a few years back I think there was a change in management The web portal is a nightmare auto renew often fails support is horrible In the process of transfering all my domains out Approx 50 of the Transfer codes appear to be invalid 2 of them are TEMPPASSWORD

Triple charged me and I lost a dot com
Triple charged me and I lost a dot com domain despite them sending an email saying I was paid up until 2022 Someone else has now registered it Customer service cut me off at first Second guy said the issue was being investigated Said they d be back but nothing I ve been overcharged by 200 on three domains If you have a account with these guys I would check to see the same hasn t happened to you

This company should be avoided
This company should be avoided I have a bunch of domains with them so I can t get out straight away My invoices say I ve paid via crypto currency which I have not they ve re enabled auto renew which I turned off they charged my cc ahead of time with an unauthorized transaction I have notified relevant authorities to pursue this

Failed to inform me about domain expiry website was down for 5 weeks without it I have no business was still under previous owner they wouldn t let me talk to a manager Refuse point blank to consider me paying the account to get MY website working There a joke

Just no
Just moved after they first automatically changed my name servers then blacked out the fields where I can change it back When I asked for help the deleted all my advanced entries for emails etc Customer service had such bad english that I worry they simply didn t understand what I asked for
