Good prices good choice

They sell interesting global foods and odd stuff at good prices Free postage if you are over a minimum order limit Everything I ve ordered seems to have shown up correctly and nothing was bashed Only 2 tiny problems across the last 10 orders totalling maybe 200 items which were quickly sorted out One of my favourite online shops I ve updated this review after DD made extraordinary efforts to make good apologise for trouble with an order

Amazing shopping experience arrived late but that is not the sellers fault I would highly recommend Discount Dragon to anyone We live in the Channel Isles and we get the same free postage if spending over the required minimum Will definitely use again

I ve ourchased several times and never had a Issue until my latest order where an Item was missing the delivery Emailed them in the early hours of today after I finished work expecting I d hear from them after Christmas How wrong I was I had a reply before 3am Immediately given 2 options of resolution We re all human mistakes happen but not all companies are as responsive and proactive as I ve found Discount Dragon to be Exceptional customer service Very refreshing and this experience certainly wont stop me continuing to buy from them Brilliant

We have ordered now countless times only ever had 2 issues 1 wasn t even their fault postie yetted the box and smashed a glass issue sorted straight away 2 something missing today and was again sorted within the hour Fast delivery quality products great customer service lovely people
