Buyer beware - no way to contact company

Ordered in stock tile on Oct 2 and received email confirmation Since then - crickets Have called and left voicemails emailed the order desk and have yet to receive a response much like the other reviews At this point I just want to cancel my order and get the tile somewhere else as I have a project I wanted to have done in the next few weeks I try to give companies a little extra patience during these COVID times but you can t be totally unresponsive and not expect complaints If you re too understaffed to keep up with orders maybe pause online orders for a few weeks while you catch up rather than have your name drug through the mud Doesn t make any business sense to me My order number is 95054 Please cancel

Avoid this company

Do not try to do business with this company I tried to order a couple samples More than a month later the order still reads awaiting payment I provided credit card information like for every other thing I ve ordered online ever but they don t seem to know how to transact this No response to any email no response to any voice mail As I write this I ve been re-dialing their customer service number for 15 minutes continuously with no answer As far as I can tell this company does not actually exist

I placed an order and asked to confirm the ship date I have yet to hear back Nobody picks up their phone or returns an email I ve tried to cancel my order multiple times and have yet to get any sort of confirmation This place needs to be reported to the BBB I just want to get a refund and some kind of confirmation that my order 95222 has been cancelled I ve never experienced such awful customer service in my life

As with every other review I ordered order number 94621 back in August 2021 and have not received the tile yet No answer when I call to cancel get a refund and no way to get hold of anyone I am not going to contact the BBB as well as my lawyer

Update on the update - reported them to BBB 10 2021 and was just notified that they are also not getting a response from this company My file was closed Now on to my CC to fight for refund

Order 94922 placed 9 22 21 and still awaiting shipment Please cancel my order and I will contact my credit card company also to reverse these charges It s a shame beautiful tile and I know because back in 5 2021 I received samples when I placed an order Can t find this tile anywhere else but time to move on We all know there are delays in products due to covid and truckers not being available Communication would be great since you seem to be able to update your phone message and website but not respond to customers that want to do business with you Update - as of today I have filed a complaint with the BBB

Tile never shipped no customer service

I purchased tile and they have not shipped it despite saying they would on two occasions and have since been impossible to reach Their permanent phone message says they are having phone issues Please save yourself a headache and buy tile elsewhere

Same thing as everyone else is saying Charged my credit card but no communication or shipment Can t get anyone on phone and no one emails you back My order is 95596 Disgusted and called my bank Total scam-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTAL FRAUD I am reporting to BBB They should refund everyone that they stole money from
