Came in to Cwmbran store to show my Mam a pram we had our eyes on from another retailer and the staff couldn t be more friendly or helpful We had such an amazing experience from start to end we decided to buy our pram there and then P s the baby powder scent through the shop is devine X

We went into the Cardiff branch today and wasn t quite expecting the fantastic customer service received from Sonia Lisa They gave us so much information about the pram we were interested in while being so very patient with all of our questions Thank you also for your help getting everything into the car From beginning to end both ladies were absolutely fantastic making our first visit to the store a really pleasant experience Thank you so much ladies we would not hesitate to visit again when we need anything else I totally recommend this store Lisa Sonia are absolutely wonderful

My pram had broken earlier in the week and I arrived at discount pram centre Penarth Road with my four year old and a sleeping two year old in my arms I was having a tough day Lisa and Sonia showed me the stroller options and discussed pros and cons with me Even got the stroller out the box and assembled it for me and put it in the boot of my car Absolutely lovely pair couldn t do enough to help and I am really happy with the product Would highly recommend

First baby and I didn t know what questions to ask or what to be looking out for but the staff walked me through everything and answered questions I wouldn t even think to ask Ended up choosing a gorgeous pram and I can t wait to pick it up in march
