DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DISCOUNT RAMPS

I was very excited about my new Cruiser-lift for the back of my motorhome Took the website to my mechanic and with the information there he said he was pretty sure it could be installed and he didn t see any issues So I dropped the 7K for the Cruiser-lift and waited very excitedly for it to show up Once I received it I took it down to my mechanic He tried every way he could think of to make it work but it could not be installed I contacted Discount Ramps and asked If I could return it they told me no So I asked if I could swap it out for a ramp that could go in the back of my truck they once again said no so here I sit with a useless pile of metal and a very rude company that If I would have known how they treat customers I would have NEVER purchased anything from them And no one around my town will buy anything from them either too many better options lol

My item did not arrive I asked for a refund several times did not receive one these people are scammers avoid them at all cost because it will cost you

I purchase a jet ski ramp from Discount Ramps through Amazon The ramp was shipped and scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of July after it not showing for a few days I emailed Discount Ramps and got told to handle it through Fed-Ex which turned into a nightmare after emailing back and forth with Discount trying to get them to assist with getting the package to arrive and being told I needed to handle it I finally got FED-Ex to get it to me on the 12th The real frustrations comes when I open the crate and it is missing all kinds of Hardware and rollers I had to make do with bolts I had and still am missing wheels and the rods I contacted them and have had no response If I had it to do over I would spend a little more money and go some where else

100 customer satisfaction

Make sure you know what you re purchasing before you buy from this company They advertise 100 customer satisfaction but I was not satisfied at all and won t refund my money so I m stuck with a ramp that I can t use because when I installed it you can t see any of my back lights and turn signals Beware of this company unless you plan on keeping what they sell you even if you re not satisfied

I guess when someone says rust proof

I guess when someone says rust proof you should not trust them My disability ramp 9 months old started rusting on the hitch and rollers but they state it is not under their claim as it is different material And also asked why I didn t say anything in the first 90 days Give me a brake

Terrible business will buy from Amazon next

Would never recommend purchasing from this website I ordered an universal roof rack for my 2014 Camry Got charged 20 for shipping item price 49 99 Item does not work as much as I try to tighten it to the roof it keeps sliding Instructions are not vehicle specific And most importantly return policy is ridiculous no refund on shipping and they charge you 15 off the item price Horrible business policies and thats why people keep ordering from Amazon Tried to give them a chance but they showed just how bad this business values customers

BUYER BEWARE-Wont Accept Returns

BUYER BEWARE - there is no specific detail on their website as of this review stating what the return policy it When I tried to return an unopened unused like new Ramp Cover the email that I received from customer service was this item cannot be returned That s it short and sweet I asked customer service several times to elaborate with no response And their website is non-descriptive and vague They ve got some great products but appear to have many other issues if you ll read other reviews They also appear to not care My recommendation is shop on this site for what you want Get the model number and go buy it elsewhere Bottom line they really don t allow returns if they don t want to

I would not buy this Lucky Dog Pet Trailer Again from Discount Ramps

I purchased the Lucky Dog pet trailer in April 2020 I was delighted with the trailer and its operation In November 2020 the wheel bearings fell apart and the trailer became unusable I contacted Discount Ramps to see about replacement parts They said they do not have replacement parts and basically told me to go find someone else to fix the wheel I asked them to check their records to confirm my purchase as the trailer had a 1-Year warranty Of course they had no record of my purchase I have been to bike shops repair shops and even to bearing manufacturers in China Nobody has bearings that can be used to fix this wheel Don t let the price fool you Once the product goes bad you are on your own Never again Stay away from this product and from Discount Ramps

Misleading discounts

Sent me an email saying you left something in the cart Take a another look and save 15 Provided no code for the discount and part was same price in the cart I reached out to them an no response I guess what would happen if I had a problem with a product Based on this and other Reviews I ll pay more if even need be for better customer service else where

Quality was not as expected for

Quality was not as expected for products listed as high quality I would like to think it is a bad batch of tie downs but it has happened 3 times now
