TIRE SCAMMERS
It was in March 2020 I took my F150 Ford Truck to Discount Tires in Casa Grande Arizona they are owned by America s Tires one in the same California America s Tires and in Arizona Discount Tires same company I wanted to get my tires rotated and balanced and was told by a service manager we dont do that service anymore because of the Virus and he went on to say they were only selling new customers tires and rotations Now I reminded him that I had purchased a set of four tires and I purchased the Warranty of Lifetime of Tire Balancing and Rotation of my tires at his tire shop he just said No than I said I want a Refund on what I had paid for and he said No and just walked away from me Understand my frustration I have been a loyal customer of this company in two states for over 24 years letting them service my autos which i have always had 3 or more Now i am doing business with my auto dealer wondering why I left in the first place it was for a better price and quicker service that does not apply anymore My dealer has any kind of tire you want will beat anyone s prices give great service I dont have to wait hours long I get full service not part of it they not only rotate and balance my tires I get a free wash job and they offer me a front end alignment which when you compare the out come of your tires tread life you will find that Discount Tire wants you to wear your tires unevenly so they can sell you more tires prematurely thats why they dont offer a front end alignment compared to your Dealer which wants you to get 100 of wear from your tires and not uneven wear that way you get the mileage out of your tires and save a lot of money I dont know about what anyone else is going to do but for me the choice is SIMPLE The Dealer gets my Tire business

A Lifelong Customer s Disheartening Experience with Discount Tire Las Vegas NV I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for many years always valuing their commitment to quality and the exceptional warranty they offered on their products For 25 I could purchase a warranty that covered road hazard repairs for free a hallmark of their service that ensured my continuous patronage However my recent experiences over the past two years have severely tarnished my opinion of a company I once held in high esteem While I was out of town I had my uncle purchase a set of four new tires from Discount Tire for my car anticipating the same seamless experience I had always enjoyed To my dismay this has marked the beginning of a series of frustrating and concerning encounters Every time I brought in a tire for repair instead of receiving the prompt and efficient service I was accustomed to I was told the tire was irreparable and had to be replaced Each replacement came with a hefty 70 bill to repurchase the warranty a stark contrast to the 25 I was used to Having spent 1400 on a new set of tires I find it unacceptable that I should have to incur additional costs so soon especially considering the tires had only accumulated a few thousand miles Shockingly I have had to replace all four tires within this short span of time Recently I was informed that the Pirelli tires I had bought were discontinued due to weak sidewalls requiring me to wait a week for a replacement This revelation shattered my trust in the company as I had expected to be sold only the highest quality safest products To compound my frustration the replacements I received appear to be different from the originals possibly narrower and likely the source of my ongoing issues The mismatch not only undermines the aesthetic appeal of my vehicle but also raises serious safety concerns I feel betrayed having invested a significant amount of money only to receive subpar products and service Discount Tire has not only let me down but has also jeopardized my safety The confidence I once had in their ability to provide reliable high-quality tires has been completely eroded I am left with a profound sense of disappointment and concern for my wellbeing on the road As a lifelong customer I never expected to be treated with such disregard and I urge others to reconsider before placing their trust in a company that has evidently lost its way

JUST DON T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME
I completed my order online and they charged me the additional cost for the extra warranty on the tires When I tried to call and ask them to reimburse me what they overcharged me they said I would have to drive in with my credit card and do it person When I said no that wasn t going to happen after three times of saying no they found me a manager and he reimbursed me for the amount they overcharged my card over the phone Not only that I had asked them to replace the two bad tires on my girlfriend s vehicle and I have a strong feeling that they replaced one of the good ones and left the bad one on there Because when my girlfriend got home one of the tires was really low on air So I don t know what happened I had two bad now I have a third I have to make a trip back to inspect the two they took off AVOID THEM

BEWARE Totally Unprofessional Management in Newport Beach Ca on Warner
I own independent auto repair shops in Oklahoma and Texas and have trusted Discount Tire for my customers tire needs as well as exceptional customer service after the sale I relocated to Orange County California where Discount Tire is called America s Tire where I recently started doing pickup and delivery of items for customers as well as businesses Yesterday I picked up some tires from the location on Warner in Huntington Beach taking them to another location store transfer I asked the associate that was helping me with the tires where are the drivers actually requested to park The associate answered Today I returned to pick up another transfer I was told a different place to park After the items were loaded I asked the associate for the manager The unidentified man wearing the managerial Red shirt approached me asking what do you want I told him about the two different locations where I was told to park by two different associates and asked for the proper protocol The unidentified man had the audacity to say You Work For Me and You Do What I Say turned and stormed off I climbed up into my vehicle sat there appalled and attempting to keep my composure for nearly 3 minutes I climbed back out and began unloading his tires that another location had a waiter waiting to have them installed once they arrived and the manager came to me once again asking me what did I think I was doing I replied that I was a human being and not his employee although I accepted the delivery assignment I did NOT accept his attitude toward me He then responded with your choice Take it or leave it So I left it along with a few choice words of my own My shops will no longer do business with Discount or America s Tire Totally unacceptable behavior and example for these poor employees who work at this location

Discount Tire is dangerously incompetent
Worst experience I ve had in my entire life at a tire shop They overcharged for the tires They can t do alignments or anything It took them over three hours to even get to my car Then when they were finally done they tell me they mounted the overpriced new tires and rotated them to the front AND THEY MOUNTED ONE OF THE NEW TIRES ON A BENT RIM IT CAN T BE BALANCED BUT THEY STILL ROTATED IT TO THE FRONT They also lied and said they d screw in the two Philips set screws I brought with me for my rotor since they d have the tires off anyway They said the rep I spoke to and paid initially never relayed the info and they wouldn t have done it anyway because they don t do mechanical work So they can screw lug nuts but not two little screws with a screwdriver To add to this I nearly wreaked leaving because they put the one new tire with a bad rim on the front with one of my imd tires and one new one on the rear opposite side I hit the gas and the car pulled hard to the left new tire side of course I let off the gas and it pulled hard right older worn tire Pure stupidity to pair a new and old tire on a front wheel drive car I had to stop at a parts store to jack my car up and finish properly rotating my tires to make the one hour drive home These morons should be sued and shutdown for incompetence

Aggravating
I had to special order my tires-no biggy While on the phone I requested to make an appointment and was told no just come to the store and we will take care of you I went the day after I was notified the tires arrived and waited 20 mins before a sales rep spoke to me and was told I had at minimum a 1 hour wait I declined as I had kids with me and that was not ok for the schedule I had that day I came back 3 days later and was paid in full in about 10 mins and was told they would be with me shortly to get my 2 tires mounted I ve been waiting on my car with my kids for 1hour and 45 mins and still no service member in sight They were certainly ready to take my money but as for physically doing the manual labor of getting my tires handled up on I m pretty annoyed This is the first time I have ever had this problem at this location and I ve been a loyal customer for 5 years with at minimum 2 visits per year for tire maintenance purchases Edited to state I will NOT be back

Bad service
I went in because I had tire low on pressure and my light was burning on the dash When I got there at 3 15PM I was told there was 2 people in front of me An hour and 15 minutes later I was told that they had a lot of appointments show up but I was still on schedule fo 5 08PM At 5 08 they told me they had a lot of call in appointments and they were automatically moved to the front of the schedule And that I would be taken care of by 5 30PM They finally came and got my car and moved it into a stall 10 minutes later came and told me the tire was unfixable To call in and make an appointment is a good thing because you can wait at home until your appointment But you shouldn t be put in front of customers that were there before you called in You should not automatically be moved to the front of the line I will never shop at the Discount Tires in Burleson Tx again

Horrible service at ih 35 near fm 3009 Gave the guy full information on my tire on phone Bridgestone alanza 27560r20 said it was in stock Drove 45 miles arrived and the idiot said he has Bridgestone duehler tires and asked do I want it I have a 2024 silverado with 3 good tires 1104 miles on them My new tire had road damage Why would I want unmatched tires Then they said the tire would arrive in 2 hours it is now 3 hours and 10 minutes and no tire arrival no apologies not even installed which will take even longer Complete liars and will never come again

Upsetting experience
I was referred by my auto shop for a tire pressure sensor replacement TPMS on my car I chose to purchase wipers also mine were smearing Good quick wipers installation Bad Refused to fix the TPMS on the one tire that had a bad sensor Said I had unserviceable tires too worn for their repair standards Tried to get me to finance two new tires I had my car inspected at three auto and tire shops before this one My tires are Not an emergency risk

TJ refused to honor realistic business to business tire mounting and balancing pricing 36 00 to mount and balance a tire for us local shop owners TJ became unpleasant when I mentioned that 25 00 was as much as we would consider paying We offered to show them a competing invoice from Firestone down the block for mounting and balancing the exact same tire And TJ didn t care Complete waste of time that is not how to honor B2B To the staff that was laughing at me when I left really good way to manage business retention Will never be back And if I have my way neither will any of my trusted customers
