CHINESE KNOCKOFFS BUYER BEAWARE Dismissive customer service response Dont Buy from this company recently bought a tombstone battery for vape cartridges it arrived dead I tried multiple USB c charging cords and outlets before deciding to reach out just toget a response of did you try a cartridge umhm yes it doesn t work because it doesn t even charge unfortunately I don t have the time to keep shipping products back and forth and decided to eat the purchase and find a retail store local I wouldn t support this company if you have a choice for ANY other vape supply I would without a doubt go to them over discountvape

No warranties

I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen June 20th It isn t even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty but they don t warranty their any of their products at all It was 20 bucks not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much

Unbelievable very unprofessional I had a long history of ordering coils from this company I have the unfortunate experience of ordering two boxes and one of which don t work correctly the owner and I wrote back-and-forth trying to solve the issue then he finally told me to just go ahead and sue him instead of doing the right thing and helping me solve this problem I even was about to order more from this clown in addition to empty tanks for another vape device I had You know what I m gonna cut and paste the conversation between us so that you can see what kind of person you re going to do business with before hand you ve been warned Seller says SUE ME Wow that s your response Holy buddy I am I gonna have a blast with your reviews In addition to the extra coils I wanted to order I was also wondering if you had empty tanks for sale from SMOK for the G-Priv RMP 2 Sure you wanna go down this business route I really like doing business with you but I m not gonna do business with anybody that treats me like garbage and tries to wiggle their way out of something because they want to try and save a buck Meanwhile you re losing 100 from this customer doesn t make much sense to me buddy so I ll give you another shot Do you really want to do this cause I d really like to continue doing business with you but again there s plenty of other Distributors out there I just like to continue having the relationship that I ve established I m very disappointed in the response I m getting to a complaint that is not only accurate but completely acceptable Tell you what never mind what I m gonna do is I m gonna order another one from you using my business address and then I ll just switch the boxes and return it to you I could be a jerk tooRespectfully David

HORRIBLE THEY SOLD ME OLD BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS I Purchased 5 Chargers 12 Batteries thinking i was getting good deal I couldn t figure out why the pens would die so quick hours to charge dead in 1 use The chargers are Junk so that made it more difficult to figure out what s going on After a few weeks of fighting batteries trying to figure out what s going on I finally figured out that they had Sold me Old Batteries that have been sitting for a long time likely years Most likely they weren t stored properly either I use natural herbs for medicinal purposes only which has btw literally saved my life But not these This has made it very difficult to get the relief I need has caused me nothing but un needed stress which only makes me sicker When you spend allot of that you cant afford on a bunch of junk it s maddening These Sellers are Crooks I hope Karma takes them out of business I never ever use the word Hate but I Hate this company

I can not recommend discount Vape pen They made a mistake with my order and 15 emails later I do not have the product I paid for They sent me a cheaper duplicate item than what I ordered And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake They sure made it easy to buy from them but impossible for them to fix a problem they created What I did receive seemed to work But I ll never know about the Evolve D PLUS It was the most expensive thing I bought and it was never sent to me And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a 25 item that I paid for and they didn t send me You think it s a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right I didn t do anything wrong other than try to do business with discount vape pen I m still sitting here without the product I paid for After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label I ll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn t want or order that you sent me and I ll write a Google review I ve heard nothing back since then and don t expect to I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online Shame on you discount vape pen You created this problem you should have fixed it
