I bank with them and use the credit card never had major problems and when you call customer service you get someone from the U S not some random person from Philippines or India sorry not sorry

Outstanding Customer Service - informative and supportive

I have a pretty high balance I ve never missed a payment but my balance barely seemed to get much lower so I called them to see if lowering my interest rate was an option Apparently my interest rate was already lowered by 2 She said that they check on the accounts periodically I wish I got her name to give her credit for this review but completely forgot to ask Although she wasn t able to lower it any further at this time she voluntarily gave me some tips on how to lower my balance She was such a sweetheart and took her time to explain how the billing cycle works and what the APR means beyond just that it stands for Annual Purchase Rate If I didn t understand she broke it down for me until I did She changed my life Discover has never failed me I always get the best customer service and this experience has been amazing THANK YOU SO MUCH

I m a new credit card holder and I recently got my credit card from Discover and just wanted to share that the service from the discover is really awesome specially every account manager I have spoke to for customer service were all really helpful and down to earth It is really helpful to a person like me since when it comes to language english is my second language and those account managers really stick with you take time and help as much as they could Just wanted say thank you for the great service

Totally wonderful company people helpful and kind called to see if they would lower my APR and yes they could not by a lot but every bit helps they provide great information take the time to be clear a great overall experience would recommend this card to anyone

I ve had great service from Discover Been a cardholder for years No issues Got a personal loan from them a few months ago Everything has gone seamlessly Funds in my account in less than 48 hours Their app is definitely one of the best out there

I have had a very good experience with Discover My credit card gives me 1 cashback on everything and 5 cashback on categories that change every 3 months I have used my cashback to pay for things I bought with my Discover card
