worst experience ever since blocking so called account sharers I have an account that i use with my kids have the app installed on tablets tv and in my car Because my car IP doesn t match my house IP it says i m account sharing and blocks me I ve contacted them multiple times and they ve confirmed this is why i m getting blocked but they can t do anything about it They ve also told me they can t cancel my account so I m getting billed for a service i m blocked from

I now have no money for this month because Disney overcharged me by putting me on a yearly subscription instead of the monthly subscription that I had asked Now I ll have no money until the 7th or 8th Thank you Disney Absolute wankers

Absolutely dire app

Absolutely dire app I press on the programme I want to watch takes me to the Disney channel app but I then have to search the programme again So unlike other apps which actually remember your info and take you straight to your desired selection A clunky basic app which is not easy to navigate

Absolute joke Almost like amazon prime you have a basic subscription and you can t watch anything unless you pay more to watch it but they let you watch the first episode to rule you in then asks to upgrade subscription Waste of money and time
