Free Gift Never Arrived

I bought an item during black friday which had been discounted and was eligible for a free gift at checkout The order went through fine and the item I ordered minus free gift was delivered I phoned them up and they said the free gift wasn t in stock that s why it hadn t been sent He then offered me a free delivery code I stated that this doesn t make me want to shop with you again so why would I need a code He then told me to send the item I have back I said it s a difficult item to send back and black friday is over so the price will have gone back up So overall don t trust disney free gifts when putting an order through because most likely it won t come

They gave me a bad coupon code Awful

First of all ShopDisney has been exceptional with their product offers and sales until this latest time when they sent me a bad coupon code for a future purchase I had called about a previous order that I had made about not receiving a cosmetics case when I place an order for a Disney Mickey wallet which they are currently offering but would not send me one after I had just placed the order They gave me a one time coupon code for 20 use on a further order to help me out I honestly would ve given them a 5 stars for product quality and wonderfulness however I wasn t pleased at all when I realized the coupon did not work

Ordered cancelled

Ordered 2 items off the website after about 5 days they sent an email saying there is a technical issue and my order was cancelled There was a discount code on the items so I can only assume they didn t want to honour the discount When I ve ordered before there was a promotion for a free item if you spent over a certain amount They didn t send the free item claiming it was out of stock Not a great retailer I d suggest going elsewhere

A joke of a company

I ordered 240 worth of items on their 30 off Black Friday offer It was dispatched in 2 orders but one went missing I emailed Disney and they said they would look into it and I would hear back in 48 hours but I didn t so emailed them again They said it was lost but now most of the items were out of stock I m not convinced it was ever sent in the first place or that the items were ever in stock They sent what could be replaced but I had to chase the refund constantly with people just not replying to emails In the mean time another item came back into stock but they wouldn t honour the price or even give me a free delivery code Eventually I rang and the refund had Conveniently the refund had been processed 30 minutes before and came through eventually Overall a joke of a company

I ordered in November

I ordered in November First order was damaged in transit I was never notified or contacted to re order When I investigated through tracking I was told to contact Disney which I did They apologised and re-ordered using express delivery I ve called today as still not arrived and I was told they can t do anything about it I told them that this order included the main gift my child had asked for and told them how upset he will be I was told to cut out a picture of the toy and give it to them and tell them that s what they are getting for Christmas Honestly is that a joke Customer service is appalling Could not care less I will never order from Disney again Beyond furious

Please do not shop here and waste your hard earned money overpriced rubbish cheap and nasty goods only sent one parcel other s still not here ordered for my little one in time for Christmas too

Disney Store Ruined Our Daughter s Christmas Wish Be Careful Before Ordering

We re really disappointed by our recent experience with Disney Store UK We ordered Christmas presents trusting Disney to deliver on their promise Instead our order was delayed with no explanation and there was no communication for two weeks Despite chasing them several times we only got a response after we had to escalate the issue The solution they offered a refund and free delivery on a future order didn t help at all It didn t fix the stress and frustration we felt or the fact that we were left scrambling to find new gifts at the last minute It meant we had no way to make sure our daughter wasn t disappointed this Christmas Disney s failure to communicate and take responsibility has been really upsetting A brand that s meant to bring joy to families ended up doing the opposite This experience has been a huge letdown especially at what should be the happiest time of the year

I will never order from Disney store again One order not sent Then ordered on 3 for 2 and the third item cheapest was cancelled without our knowledge A replacement was not offered they want us to reorder and pay full price Customer service absolutely rubbish

Terrible customer service ordered a toy

Terrible customer service ordered a toy for son for Christmas when I tested it to make sure it worked I noticed it was broke I bought it as part of a deal 3 toys for price of 2 because that happens to be the one they marked as 0 00 they won t replace or refund me anything I asked for a replacement even for a different toy as the same value I ll send them the broken toy back but they keep saying they can t offer a replacement
