Wanted to order the new Disney ily 4EVER Doll but the webpage showed me a white screen everytime I pushed Checkout Tried by Chrome Firefox Opera my phone deleted all cookies etc had a friend try it out for me but she was stuck in address because she could only choose Ireland as a country not Denmark Ordered before Christmas 2022 without any issues to Denmark Contacted customer service wrote all of the above I just mentioned got this horrible robot answer Thank you for reaching out We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems checking out We would kindly advise you to try using the incognito browser option alternatively you can try clearing the cookies and cache again and make sure to select the option to clean all cache and cookies and not just recent ones Please be aware this can affect any stored passwords on your device We look forward to receiving your order and if you would need any further help feel free to reach out Have a great day With best wishes DominikshopDisney Not sure the person even read what I wrote I answered back asked if they all of a sudden stopped shipping to Denmark but haven t gotten a reply back probably because it s the weekend now I m not expecting any pro answer back apparently they don t care about getting a sale
