Customer service is non-existent when

Customer service is non-existent when you have paid for the goods and the shipment but the delivery hasn t taken place due to UPS not doing what they are paid for In my case the the item I ordered should have been delivered in a locker at a UPS service point Parcel was scanned but the courier probably never put the parcel in the locker as it was empty the moment I tried to collect it When I contacted UPS they forwarded me to the seller to start an investigation all Distorted People does is send me the tracking information stating my parcel is ready for pick-up Like I don t know that But for something to be taken out of a locker someone first needs to put something in Never ordering there again if this is the service you get when a parcel doesn t arrive For what it s worth I ve done multiple orders of which only the first arrived without a hassle Two who were longer on the way and deposited at places where I didn t ask them to deliver And one that hasn t been delivered at all Could complain a lot more in this case but I don t The more it hurts that the one package that hasn t gotten delivered at all gets me a weak reaction like some copy paste information from a T T that isn t even correct Otherwise my package would have been there when I opened the locker

Amazed How Bad A Company Can Be

Products are ok It took months for me to get my order and when I got it it was incomplete No refund was issued my emails were ignored and when I asked on their Instagram account via comments they proceeded to block I ve dealt with terrible companies and customer service but this brand takes spot 1 If you can avoid it don t buy from them

They won t send clothes and keep your money

I ordered 150 in shirts from them no order ever sent no refund The first email a month after ordering was responded to After that they went unanswered They are thief s do not order from them

I see a lot of bad reviews about this company and I find it kind of wild because as a person who likes to go off reviews on a site place of business etc good thing I missed threviews this time because you all are tripping Not only did I receive confirmation on tracking order and everything that comes with online purchasing but it came as promised it would and the quality is great i ll be ordering more now that I m apart of the family
