Waited for weeks Delivery service highly inefficient
I ordered and paid for two replacement lights from this company I eventually heard from a completely different company called AD Tyressaying the order was on its way That was 21 July Today 2nd August the delivery van DPD arrived The driver handed me the little parcel and ran The I closed the door I realised why The envelope was already openned and contained only one of the 2 items ordered and paid for I ran after him He was already in his van but fortuneatly had been stopped by red traffic lights I showed him the openned envelope No apology No explanation Just rudeness He immediately typed into his hand-held machine that I had refused the parcel I tried to talk to someone at DistriAuto but to achieve that they require me to download the WhatsApp app on my mobile I don t want to do that I just want a telephone number and a person to talk to I have had to take the time to write to them We ll see what happens

17 days later - nothing received except excuses
It is nearly a month since I ordered July 21st and paid for two light fittings the indicators on the left and right side of the vehicle for my Peugeot Distri-Auto used DPD to deliver on 24th July But they did not August 2nd they arrived out of the blue and handed me an opened envelope Inside was one not two light fittings I ran after the driver and refused gave him back the package Since then Distri-Auto have emailed me twice to say they are waiting to hear from DPD Today August 15th 17 working days after I placed the order I have no light fittings no refund just excuses from Distri-Auto whom I paid

No comunication updates and unproffesional
I ordered 3 pieces on the 6th all in stock delivery from 2 to 4 days to spain only 1 item arrived from Italy on the 11th no information no response for 9 days the last 2 pieces were sent for delivery on the 14th I still do not receive others pieces now 23rd still in Germany 16 days later useless I return to using Autodoc Oscaro for reliability and updates I tried to cancel the order as they had not yet sent 2 items and was told it would cost me 25 to cancel illegal since long distance sellers regulations

Para mi mala experiencia la primera vez que compro aqui y los 2 neumaticos recibidos estan fabricados en la semana 37 de 2021 DOT 37 21 Mas de 2 a os de antiguedad y mostraban signos de estar secos Nunca mas para mi comprar aqui de nuevo viendo lo recibido My first time buying here and for me bad experience due to the 2 tires received are manufactured in week 37 of 2021 DOT 37 21 More than 2 years old and showed signs of being dry Never more for me buy here taking it into account
