Over 2 months and nothing received
Very strange experience with this company ordered last November for Xmas gifts order went through perfectly Ordered in May to top up all seemed ok order was dispatched in good time but DPD completely botched delivery and ended up sending it back to Ditto Contacted customer service via email responded to say they could see the return and would get it sent out asap Waited 2 weeks nothing sent another email no reply Contacted them via Facebook messenger said they hadn t got my emails whatever would send out asap Still nothing asked again will send out asap Now 30th of July and nothing asked for a refund will claim through PayPal if no joy

Ordered 27th August a week later a call to say 1 of my choices was out of stock then later that day another call to say the other one was out of stock Called again the day after they advised stock would be available but only one in stock Promised delivery for 6th September Order showing in transit for delivery today still showing as at amazon depot

Absolutely shocking Ordered my scents last Saturday Stated fast 1-2 delivery No tracking sent to me so by Wednesday emailed to see what s happening told it s ready to dispatch but DPD have issue picking up What a load of rubbish Asked for a refund but now no email returned Shocking customer service Will definitely not be ordering from these jokers

Rubbish no any hint of original fragrances smell using their called Bleu De Chanel like air freshener in bathroom Tom Ford Lost Cherry they actually lost it smells like window washing liquid Don t waste your money

Placed an order on 21st of november still not received it and been told on more than one occasion its posted which I find hard to believe they tell you 3-6 day delivery I ve been waiting two weeks for mine it s now 4th of December and still no package

I thought I would try this company as the deal was good but the 3 bottles arrived today and they all smell absolutely disgusting Like cheap cleaning liquid they are going straight in the bin I will stick to the other company I ve used in the past Don t waste your money buying from this company awful
