Ordering some tap cartridges using the manufacturers codings not realising the manufacturer had altered the taps Fast delivery - next day ordering so easy opened them up to find the splines are too long Quick revisit to Di Vapor site to find the older versions were still available so ordered them which came next day at the same time set the returns in motion no fuss hassle so straight forward New ones fitted instantly I have also contacted them in the past sending them a picture of an old shower valve needing some bits within 24 hrs they s recognised the shower sorted the bits and got htem on my doorsetp It s an amazing system and service these folks give used them many times before retiring from my specialist plumbing role Nice one everyone excellent work

Item packaged and sent directly as requested It was exactly the right part and well catalogued and described Only problem I had was with the postage Paid extra for next day delivery Post Office came with it and wouldn t leave it with neighbour or safe place Next day the same despite notes asking them to leave it Finished up having to go to Post Office depot 6 miles away twice only open a few hours a day If a normal courier had been used it would have been delivered without fuss

Second time I ve used Di Vapor The first time they had to do a bit of investigation on my behalf for the thermostatic valve I needed The second time I referred to my first purchase over a year ago as I needed a new flow valve They came back confirming the original purchase and offering a new replacement flow valve which I received in no time at all at a good price

Prompt dispatch and delivery by Royal Mail The thermostat cartridge I ordered fitted my Triton Westbourne exactly so ordered a second as a spare I have to replace it about every 2 years due to hard water
