It s a pleasant experience your company allows us a second chance to own a home with out all the extra stress and as well divvy is not always breathing down our necks on us to do this and that as we go through the process of ownership you give us the process and patience and time to fully take over when we are ready I really love the peace living in our home and divvy is not stressing us out of long to do list divvy just allows us to enjoy without any pressure

Gotta say in all honesty it was easier than I imagined and despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews I have not a single complaint about Divvy homes and the team they have I only ever meet the realtor and I couldn t be happier with Mr Shank I m telling you from start to finish the whole process seemed smooth efficient and effortless I applied got approved in minutes and within a day they reached out to me Finding the house was a bit tricky and the list they have on their site would lead you to believe they were vetted but they aren t So that took some time finding a house that met their requirements took a toll but once we found it and gave them the 500 they immediately put the offer in Offer had to be adjusted and my realtor contacted me before anything was done I m telling you that within 10 days of finding the house I was in a uhaul moving my family in Had an issue with turning the utilities on and divvy answered every email immediately and the realtor went above and beyond by calling the water company directly to provide the paperwork they needed which was ridiculous on the water companies end But divvy and their team got it done without hesitation Couple maintenance things were promised within the first 3 weeks that haven t gotten done but they re minor and not worth complaining about All in all five stars for divvy Maybe every situation is unique but if I could do this you can too unless you enjoy paying rent to live in someone else s house This isn t a quick process and if you aren t playing the long game then keep renting The buy out price is higher than the price divvy paid duh this is a business your dealing with The people who complained about that didn t mention that the buy out price is lower than what the market value is estimated to be at the time your ready to buy it from divvy The monthly payment isn t much higher if at all than what the average rent would be in my case at least
