We had a very unsettling and difficult time whilst selling a deceased persons house prior to and during this pandemic Matt Till and the others we dealt with in Halesowen branch were exemplary under these difficult circumstances They introduced suitable buyers to view In the first instance and we sold within 24 hours All was going well until lockdown and the furloughing of staff - at both the estate agents and solicitors This for us was extraordinarily difficult to deal with both emotionally and practically as everything took 3 months longer than originally expected Matt s assurences were invaluable and once normal service resumed he constantly contacted the conveyancing services on our behalf to avoid any further delays and instantly advised us directly to do whatever was necessary to assist the process I would not hesitate in recommending Dixon s branch at Halesowen Thank you Matt Till and team
