After a visit to the Pontefract showroom I was sold What amazing kitchens So many beautiful styles to choose from I was spoiled The online planner was a fantastic tool and to be able to see an overview in 3d was an absolute treat The online telephone support was super I would very highly recommend this company for anybody looking for style without compromise The quality vs the price is unbeatable and the service from planning through to delivery after sales second to none Thank you DIY Kitchens An absolute pleasure to work with you to achieve my dream kitchen

Great experience

We had a great experience with DIY Kitchens we opted for the hemsley in the kitchen and Norton in the utility room I found the online planner easy to use with a little practice and enjoyed the experience of planning everything myself Loved visiting the showroom it gives you so many good ideas I hadn t thought of Overall we had over 60 items delivered and only had 2 minimal issues which were sorted quickly The kitchen has now been fitted for 12 months and the quality of it is amazing everyone loves it and we couldn t be happier

I ve never designed a kitchen before and never thought I could until I used the tool on the website I really enjoyed making my own design The team check it carefully for you before you place your order to make sure you have everything you need There were one or two issues with damage to items during transit and these were replaced quickly The after sales team were very responsive Our builder recommended DIY kitchens having fitted several previously and said he had been impressed with the quality We are delighted with our new kitchen and it s quality It was even better that it was at an affordable price

From skeptic to fan

I was skeptical at first - the idea of buying an an entire kitchen online seemed a bit ridiculous So I took the train from London up to their showroom in South Kirby West Yorkshire I tested out all the cabinets and handles and they looked as good as any of the more expensive brands They delivered when they said they would They were pretty quick to replace or supplement things when we noticed a missing hinge or needed a new door I found them professional throughout The ordering process is a bit scary but they will walk you through everything on the phone The builders liked the pre-made cabinets - very easy to install

Our second Christmas in our new

Our second Christmas in our new kitchen and my wife is still delighted We appreciated the computer design planner - spent a month on it then drove nearly 3 hrs to the showroom to ensure our choice was optimum Delivery was excellent - two great guys Packaging very protective Our fitter set to Our only trivial issue was he cut the screws for the door handles too short and we ve had to replace the screws for two door handles with longer ones Otherwise all works well paint work robust Still not losing weight though

A great product at a reasonable price

A great product preassembled and with quality fittings all at a reasonable price Cabinets are colour matched too The online design software was a bit clunky but it did the job ok with a little perseverance A couple of doors were damaged in transit but were replaced quickly so didn t affect completion of the installation Overall we are very pleased with our purchase

Just go to this company first

We shopped around for our Kitchen including all the major outlets We were on a tight budget and like most wanted the amazing kitchen WOW DIY kitchens - excellent kitchen our fitter thought the quality was incredible arrived carefully packaged with doors the customer service was excellent and the quality of the product is 100 If you are considering a new kitchen would totally recommend this company We ordered 4 samples again excellent quality before selecting our kitchen Less than half the price of major kitchen companies You even get to speak to a human being if there are problems I forgot to order some pelmet and plinth - again excellent turnaround and response

New kitchen and utility room

We had our kitchen and new utility room through DIY kitchens and we couldn t be happier with the final result We opted for a bespoke painted kitchen and everyone who visits us comments on how nice it looks The delivery was on time and everything ran smoothly The ordering process was simple and the design tool really helpful

Very happy Beautiful cupboards

Had our kitchen around a year now and very happy with the quality of it My father in law installed it and did so relatively easily with all pieces included didn t need to chase up any missing parts The colour of our cupboards dark blue with cooped handles is beautiful and it was very useful being able to design it all exactly how we wanted it online
