Raised the payment without my approval or prior notice As a company binded under the EU regulations I would expect that a raise in the service provided would be announced prior to the customer and it is up to me to decide whether I would accept the raise in price and if not I should be able to cancel the contract This way of doing business is a bit disappointing Dj f and quite unethical considering that you cannot ask us to pay random prices that you decide to raise without event aligning with the customers this is quite a disappointment when I thought you are professionals And your colleague tells me it is an index regulation and it applies to all customers - quite a vague explanation right Is like I am suppose to accept any raise in price that you decide whenever I will speak to a legal advisor and will terminate the contract I have and avoid recommending you to anyone in my group of friends - Big Mistake

I signed up due to needing urgent help

I signed up due to needing urgent help with a garden leave contract After explaining my situation regarding negotiating the amount of vacation days I should take during the garden leave the consultant used very confusing lawyer speak which cost me vacation days AND vacation days money Not once did she inform me that I am not obligated to take any vacation days during the garden leave Do not use their services I have other friends also complaining about their professionalism and service quality

Please do not choose them I paid for the membership for 7 months full price even though I am still a student Now it is impossible for me to get into my account The last payment was 1 month ago so it should work I tried to get in touch with them but nothing happened

Unfortunately their career guidance and counseling is very generic and a bit bullshitty konsulent-snak The legal help is hopeless I was advised to accept and not file a case against a written warning and when my employer finally used the written warning to fire me I was blaimed by DJ Fs consultant for having a written warning in the first place The legal consultant did not master the Danish language yet she was in charge of verbal negotiations with employers As a jurist myself I don t think their consultants have the necessary skills to provide proper help and I don t think the leadership of DJ F has any genuine will to challenge the employers either in court or when the collective bargain negotiations take place Big waste of money

Very bad costumer service

I called to cancel membership only because I am in an other union and the woman I spoke to got so offended and just said ok good day bye and hung up So I m not sure what happens now Not very nice costumer service
