So called DJservice provides minimal product information and limited service which have caused multiple delay or frustration in sales from my personal experiences and online reviews It it recommanded to not purchase in online website shop as it is poorly designed and constantly provide FALSE information for products If you insist to perform online shopping please be ware of the risk or contact their custom support at first

Bought an item that didn t work out for

Bought an item that didn t work out for me Had to contact customer service twice just to find out how to do a return Returns are not free you will pay for shipping the item back to them AND you will pay for the cost of delivery to you no matter what Given that there are other online stores that offer the same products but offer free returns and full refunds there s really no reason to order anything from here

Not good store warranty process

Purchased an audio interface from them It worked for 2-3 hours and suddenly died I returned it the next day and they told me they will contact me They never did I am asking for a refund and they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for the item to get repaired So in other words i shopped something that didnt work and instead of them replacing it or refunding me they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for a repair I gave my money to shop something new and not only i dont have it but it will a be like shopping a refurbished UPDATE After 3 weeks of waiting they accepted to either refund or give me a new audio interface Solution was good after all but the waiting timing was long So I change the review to 3 stars
