DKNY needs improvement

I was charged immediately when I placed my order but it is 8 days later and the order is still listed as unfulfilled When I tried calling their customer service number I waited for 20 minutes but nobody responded I sent them an email and nobody responded This company can improve vastly if they care to They should charge you only once your order ships they can update you with the process as they scan ship and deliver an item They can have staff actually answer phone calls respond to online chats and emails

Not deserving even 1 star

Not deserving even 1 star as this brand is totally out of to be trusted My order total 130 made on Nov 23 has been done only a part priced 43 of it The other main one priced 87 has never been taking any action - update or progress since only the message received order on Nov 23 DKNY is an online money pickpocket runner The only I can be saved is to call the credit card company to approve chargeback DKNY is no 1 brand TO AVOID on online shopping To delete this view please send me an apology and make a refund asap if DKNY CS is ever concerning your business reputation

Worst experience ever

Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer and shocking for a higher end brand Over 2 weeks and no movement on my order have sent over 10 emails to customer service and not one reply Will be reporting to credit card company as this is borderline fraudulent trading

DKNY online you re ruining my plan for the upcoming trip

I feel too much stress with DKNY online order progress because everything what it said in the sale is NOT following as promised Two items in the order nearly 2 weeks ago only one item has shown to progress to the shipping but still stuck in the US not into GB yet The rest main item still not packed not known whether progressing or not Customer service has not been responding to my query This online sale from DKNY is no different from you re being scammed I m considering to request cancellation and ask for the refund probably another long journey to deal with Not happy at all by DKNY you re ruining my dress plan for the upcoming trip

The worst company ever And really wish I would have read the reviews first Ordered 6 days ago and paid 12 for delivery which stated 3-6 days with not even a single update My order was 120 the phone number doesn t work emailed 3 times and twice on instagram with no response I really don t know what to do

DKNY Don t Knowingly PURCHASE Never Yeah

Purchased many items from their online store They were delivered one at a time and it took over a month to receive my products Also deliveries were dropped off without notifications that they were being dropped off by random people who wouldn t even ring the doorbell and at all times of the day night One of the items was too big so I wanted to do an exchange What an absolute nightmare If I had known I would never have purchased anything from their website Firstly trying to find a way to do the return was frustrating Finally finding it I had to navigate through all the rules of the return So number 1 I had to pay the postage return 2 It would be deducted from my return The price of my purchase was 97 The deduction would be 58 3 Exchange would mean me returning the item and then making a separate purchase of the item Tried to get online help numerous times Then sent email with no response I will never purchase from this company again And if I could give zero stars I would

Deceptive from start to finish

The product I received after a significant delay was much larger than expected When trying it on with the original price tag still attached it felt more like a sleeping bag than a fashionable coat Navigating their website to figure out the return process and obtain a refund was challenging Once I located the return instructions I learned they would deduct a 28 return shipping fee While expensive I agreed They stated that refunds would be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item as confirmed by the tracking information However despite following up twice the refund took much longer than promised To make matters worse DKNY initially claimed they would deduct 28 for return shipping but ended up charging me 64 instead When I reached out to customer service to question the additional 36 charge their delayed response offered no explanation and simply asserted that the fee was correct The entire experience was frustrating and felt deceptive from start to finish

A brand new sweater with stains on it That s what I saw when I opened the package

I received my order after a few weeks It was a beautiful red sweater as depicted in the picture It had two stains two stains on the front of the sweater it was as though somebody were eating their lunch while packing the sweater Not only that I am an extra small the sweater said extra small It was absolutely medium There was no way it was an extra small I cannot believe Donna Karan would have her name associated with this online selling It is an absolute disgrace to her Label Does she get to see these reviews I wonder who sees them Of course I will never buy anything from them again even in the stores

Lost package and they don t answer

ordered a bag from their website and I don t know where it is my tracking number doesn t work and their customer service doesn t answer I wrote them two emailsI can t call because I m from Italy also their live chat it s ALWAYS unavailable yeah rightPlaying with peoples money
