DNA is the worst mobile internet
DNA is the worst mobile internet provider The company mistakenly charged me about 60 EUR for Internet Roaming outside EU but I was not actually outside EU country It was only because the signal somehow connected to outside at the location nearby the border According to the contract I signed with DNA the internet service description part is clearly stated that the EU data package within EU states is free My friend uses Elisa mobile internet provider in Finland at the same location as me but did not get any extra roaming charge The DNA customer service has told that this is the customer s responsibility to be even inside the EU country creating this internet roaming charge This is totally unacceptable when I as a consumer use the internet service by following all the policies and rule DNA stated in the contract and company policy And the company DNA representative recognize it as a customer responsibility So I wonder if we customers could inspect or fix these connection facilities not to connect to the customer s mobile internet when they are nearby the EU board This company s DNA is totally just making illogical conversation they are like robots that keep answering 1 single answer even though the contract has stated the rule they could just ignore the fact that I was not even outside the EU to generate this roaming data In addition DNA was not even intended to answer my question in logic they just kept telling me it is a correct charge That s why we can t suspend the payment until we figure out the entire case and they have a policy that any Reminder fee for an invoice is 5 00 EUR So If we don t pay the extra payment they will keep sending this kind of reminder letter and each letter cost you 5 more EUR This really feels like usury I am currently consulting my lawyer team I may carry out legal action against them

Worst e-shopping experience in my life
I have placed an order of two discounted product since I found them for a great price and I was really happy to get my hand on them I got a order confirmation mail straight I paid the price right away the delivery should have taken 1-3days After 5th day I have contacted them via chat just to find out they can t even find orders in system so I need to call them I gave them a few more days but the order still did not arrive I wrote again after day 8 again with no valuable reply On day 10 I have called the customer service line THIS IS WHEN IT BECAME VERY RIDICULOUS The first guy told me he did not speak english so I need to call the eng support line he btw spoke perfect english I found out that the line is the same and he was just getting rid of me Called second time and the person has redirected me to a english speaking cs agent This person was trying to help but even he could not find the order in the system so he contacted the warehouses and found out the package was sent long time ago but they never sent me a notification So the package was not picked up obviously since I never knew it arrived I told him that okay cool lets just organize a new delivery since I really want the items which are now not in discount anymore but that was again not possible why How hard that can be So I told him cool I will place a new order but give me a discount coupon for the price difference between the new and old price since the mistake was on DNA side Surprise that was also not possible This was the last time I ordered anything from DNA I was a customer for a good few years and purchased many products but this was the last time Congratulations to the CS team manager it s agents that can t sort out basic customer inquiries

DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO AN ENEMY LITERALLY Let me save you your peace of mind When you get a problem with them They will not fix it This company do not care about its clients at all I got the wrong contract to my services and I tried to explain them the mistake They did not care And now I have a 2 years contract with a service that I DO NOT EVEN WANT OR NEED TRY THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE STUPID THAT IS HOW FEEL NOW AND I CAN NOT EVEN DO ANYTHING ELSE TO FIX THIS ISSUE THEY WILL NOT HELP BUT IF YOU TRY THIS COMPANY SEE YOU LATER HERE WRITING A COMMENT ABOUT THEIR BAD SERVICE LIKE ME NOW

Lying practices
when the phone seller called me to sell me the subscription she said that my address is fully covered with 5g that was a lie at my home I have weak 4g signal with less than 40mbps speed while I pay for 400 now I m stuck with a bad service for a year because guess what she never mentioned that i have tied with a year long contract i think your should be more honest when you sell your service

Bad service at retail shops
This review concerns DNA s retail business selling mobile phones I was sold a mobile phone by a DNA shop that was faulty this was obvious just days after I had bought it as soon as I set it up Instead of replacing the phone with a new one DNA insisted that I get it mended under the guarantee and offered me the option of having it sent to another city by them taking up to three weeks or having me take it to an apple repair shop and getting it mended myself I did the latter and it was mended in 5 days but I consider that if an item is sold faulty then the retailer should simply replace the item and themselves deal with getting the item repaired I suggested that if the repair shop confirmed it was faulty then DNA should give me a new one and deal with the repair shop themselves but they refused point blank to do this Disgracefully bad customer service

AWFUL SIGNAL CANT REFUND MONEY WASTED
Bought a prepaid DNA SIM as per the recommendation of the clerk instead of the Sim I wanted Elisa because they said it would be better SPOILER it was not Got home in T llo Helsinki and the internet speed is consistently 5mbps Having had an Elisa SIM before I got 100mbps at home I return to the store in less than an hour from the time of purchase and get told I can t refund the unusable card and I have to buy the card I wanted in the first place My bad for trusting commissioned employees Waste of money

I missed the invoice with the amount of 20euro and they sent it to collection to Intrum which is now 130 more They added collection fee 6 times bigger the original amount I asked them to cancel it because we paid other invoices in time but they denied It s just ridiculous I have stopped the agreement after 3 years Being a customer and will never come back I can not say how angry I am
